Liberty Tax

Liberty Tax makes sure it's done right by asking all the pertinent questions. I recommend using them for your tax needs. I've been having my income tax returns done by them for many years, and it's been great experience every time.

The customer service Rep that took my call for an appt. was very professional. I received a reminder call about my appointment again. I thought that was very professional.. When I went into the office, I was greeted both by Mark and by Roxie. Mark was another tax repair and Roxie is the receptionist/customer service person. I was offered a beverage. I thought that was very nice.. Jan was my tax preparer again, very professional, very friendly very knowledgeable of taxes. I was thrilled To find out, they had a senior discount. As a senior that made me very happy. Jan entered my information for my tax return while I was there asking me a lot of questions again. I was very happy that she did this. Last year, I prepared my own taxes through a computer program and this was just so much easier. She found some deductions for me that I didn’t know existed. Thank you, Miss Jan. I will be receiving a call when the actual return is completed. I received information and a phone number where I can call in my My refund with the IRS. When we were finished, I was told that I would receive a call my return will be finished . As I was leaving, I was for coming in. Yes, next year I will return.

Mark was awesome and friendly. Last year went to a different service and they wouldn’t even let my wife use the bathroom after she had a major surgery. Liberty will maintain our service for now on.
