This Old Navy in my opinion is superior to the one in Holland! The cashiers were all SUPER FRIENDLY despite the very long line of awaiting customers. My cashier particularly was very sympathetic when I told her the Holland ON was unable to help me with an online exchange. She then proceeded to make the exchange for me honoring the amazing deal I got on the original item! If you are trying to decide which location to visit, go with the Monroe Street one, they had a nice selection as well, and the whole staff was way more friendly!

Okay, the lines are a bit long at times, but the staff is the most friendly and accommodating of any you'll find. I typically order online for my littles and have large returns, and they never blink an eye. Their process is spot on! The staff usually keep busy but if you ask for help finding anything, they are more than willing to help. I'd say this has typically been my experience at most Old Navy stores but I truly appreciate the staff here.

I love Old Navy, not only for the low prices, but also for the selection. We always find outfits for our whole Family, and it never breaks the bank. It's worth the trip to Toledo, to see what new items they have

Quality and style of the clothing is much greater than I remember. I love their children's clothing, especially newborn clothes! This yellow 2-piece set is one of my favorites. Size 0-3 months.
