Andrew is an amazing sales associate. My spouse and I had been looking all day for furniture and got to Furniture Palace with 30 minutes to spare. Not only was he helpful but he was extremely patient! We ended up staying past closing time and were extremely thankful for his willingness to help us find the best fit for our home. Well to start off we lost everything we owned in a house fire in April 2023. We returned to furniture palace because of the good service we have had in the past in Oregon. And here we are today in Maumee receiving the same quality service and treatment we received in the past which can mean only one thing and that is their training stays the same and the treatment of their customers is the same throughout the entire company. Andrew and Clifford were awesome and made us feel like family, 10 out of 10 would recommend. A special thank you to furniture palace for having such quality with their furniture and employees!!

I ended up in a situation where I was desperate to get furniture for my Mom's memory care apartment. I'm not from the area, so I googled and found Furniture Palace Maumee. Andrew and Clifford worked with me to find living room and bedroom furniture in stock that could be delivered right away. But they didn't stop there, they gave me a great price on Ashley furniture, and they called the delivery service, explained my situation, and set everything up for me. When I left I was so relieved! I never expected to be treated so compassionately, and with such understanding. This a great place to buy furniture! Not your typical high pressure furniture store. Our salesman Terry couldn’t have done better. He was kind, patient, and informative. He took the time to understand the layout I was trying to achieve and helped make it happen. Overall selection in the store was excellent. Everything was clean and prices clearly marked for all items. When shopping for home furniture you wouldn’t want to miss stopping here. I won’t be going anywhere else!

I'm so thankful I went to Furniture Palace! I went to many other furniture stores before landing here and I'm so thankful I did. I was greeted kindly and professionally by Clifford right of the bat. He gave us great insight on how the floor was laid out, letting us look freely. When it was time for questions he was very informative and worked with us to get a great deal on a beautiful furniture set that is just as high quality as what I had seen at Furniture Row and Ashley Furniture to name a couple. I highly recommend this place and definitely ask for Clifford! He's great!

Best buying experience I could've asked for. Jason and his team were super helpful and provided the best customer service we could've wanted. The original couch we bought didn't fit in our apartment. We showed up at the store that evening and Jason already knew the dimensions we needed in order to fit. Delivery was seamless and quick. I highly recommend these guys! We can't thank you enough and love our couch.
