Mother in law had her taxes done last year with this company. While doing her taxes this year we had to enter in her agi so the IRS can verify. Her taxes were rejected because her agi is in correct. While searching through her 2021 taxes realized they messed up somewhere and had to amend her return which number that was amended is what was rejected. We have to contact the IRS to see what they have on file now in order to file her taxes.
