The young ladies here are always very pleasant and nice to deal with!! They have killer selection of balloons too... Along with bunch of party stuff and accessories! Can't go wrong here!

The manager here has to be one of the best people I have ever encountered.. She is the reason I'm giving this store 5 stars... I wish I would've gotten her Name...

I have gotten a few sets of helium balloons here and this time I made the mistake of getting the basic helium. I called the store and the manager said they would replace the balloons for me. I stopped by and Fish got them for me right away and she was so nice. I appreciate Shawn and Krystal being so nice as well they were all doing a great job today!

Nice party store and very clean and organized. Great place for theater candy. Instead of paying 4.00 for a box of snow caps, I paid 1.80. The cashier was nice too.

Pretty sweet place to visit for getting theme ideas for kid's parties and holidays decor.

This place worked out a whole lot better on the eve of Halloween than the Halloween store.

Ordered 60 balloons for delivery and they were awesome! The staff was very helpful in putting all the balloons together and helping with the color scheme. The bouquets were all separated when they showed up and they were right on time!

Staff were also very helpful with finding everything else I needed throughout the store! I will definitely go back for all my parties in the future!

We love giving the gift of balloons and they have such a great selection of fun giant balloons for any occasion. The best part is I can shop and pre-order what I want online and pick it up the day of the event. Even better they deliver and have curbside pickup. Busy moms know it’s hard to get the kids around or hate juggling them just to run in and pick up an order. The staff is so friendly and so on top of everything! This is a really great location

I have visited Party City here in Toledo numerous times and the staff is always so friendly and helpful! The store is always clean and it’s very easy to find stuff! The manager Sharon is amazing!

I loved the experience tonight I had a cashier who was so polite and patient. It was very clean inside and organized I could actually find what I needed even though I was asked if I needed help which is thoughtful and caring. I had a wonderful experience with me and my mom and was able to get a discount through their app. If your planning a big party this would be the place to go. A lot bigger than expected! Very clean, open, & bright. I love how they display the costumes on the wall to save sales floor space! They do not have fitting rooms BUT they told me that if it doesn't fit you can bring it right back for an exchange! Cashier's were fast, they had the line cleared in a snap. I would definitely recommend Party City for your next costume!
