Mercy Health - St. Charles Hospital

My good friend was in St. Charles Hospital for the last several days. I was extremely pleased with the care she received in Intensive Care. I couldn't have asked for more attentive nurses! Stephania and Kathy went the extra mile to make her comfortable! They were also considerate of my needs and wants. Please convey to them my thanks.

This Beautiful Hospital is an awsome way to receive recovery through understanding of what others would think is illness. The Ability that this Hospital has to recovery is beyond expectations as they reunite family friends and significant family members childrens and neighbors. The recovery that I received was precisely what I needed in order for me to see that I was able to be a part of the community.

I had my son here a year ago. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and a better doctor and nurses. They took such good care of me and my son. Thank you so much for making that special time of my life even more special!

Was seen quickly and took very good care of my husband. Wonderful people here.

went in extremely sick and couldn’t keep fluids down the whole day. the nurses were super friendly and caring! they made me feel very comfortable and checked on me constantly. I instantly felt better after leaving and could finally drink fluids!

I would like to say thank you to all the staff. I came into hospital on 9-20-21 with Covid. I spent 8 days in ICU, 8 days in isolation and 4 days in regular room. The nurses and all the staff were great. My ICU nurses really helped me, it was such a scary time. My doctors were awesome along with respiratory, and the aids. I would never go any place else! Thank you so much for taking great care of me.

I am so grateful for the care I received from Jeff,Alisha and every member of the wound care staff that assisted me in my recovery after my surgery and I can’t forget the the surgeons that perform the surgery all of you saved my life.

My grandmother has been on the 2nd floor for a few days and the nurses have been great with her!

I had both of my surgeries at St. Chuck's and I have to give props to the nursing staff on the Maternity floor and the 2nd floor when I had my gall bladder out. They have the best nursing staff out of any hospital that I have been to or worked at. They give just the right amount of attention, but not exceed to the point of not giving just the same to other patients. When I was able to get up and walk around (or allowed, with one surgery) I observed their routine, although some patients WERE a tad bit more needy than others with hitting that call button every 2 minutes or so, they got in and did what they had to do and got out. And E.R. visits were pretty much a problem free experience also. I haven't had to go in quite a while (thank goodness!) and my husband spent almost 2 weeks in the CCU and and step-down units 8 days of it on life support and the Doctors and nurses that cared for him performed nothing short of a miracle imo. They saved his life! So if you had a "bad experience" or think that you got "crappy care" there then maybe you should try another hospital or better yet take a good look in the mirror and ask yourself what didn't they do (since you have a medical degree and all) that you think that they should have done or given you. 🤔

I cannot say enough good things about Mercy Health St. Charles Hospital, Dr. Bleibel and his staff. They were so informative and helpful all through the lead up and procedure and checked on me afterword to make sure I was doing well. They are the best and I would encourage anyone with GI problems to use them. They were also very friendly and so easy to work with.

Had all 4 of my children there, my surgeries, have always had great care. They're very helpful and they discuss things with you. I prefer St. Charles over any hospital.

Had a lung biopsy on 7/3/23, and had to stay in the post op for a few extra hours. The nurses on duty were amazing. Thank you!!!!

I cannot say enough about how grateful we are for the excellent care my husband received when he was treated at St Charles hospital for a stroke.

Thank you to Dr. Martus, Dr. Rathore, Dr. Chodisetty, Renee, Amy, and Marissa for the excellent care and your thorough explanation of what was happening, next steps, treatment, etc. We are so blessed to have this team caring for my husband while we are visiting over the holiday weekend.

I love this neighborhood hospital. I was born here. My son was born here. And I have many procedures here, preferable anytime I need one. This is a very safe place.

I'm thankful to come to this hospital and they're actually understand me. They took care of me, they're caring, compassionate, considerate and respectful to me back in March of 2016. I love their food and drinks. They're deserve my 5 stars.

I usually don't write reviews but I have to say this hospital is pretty great. The doctor and the nurses all were polite and had personality and more importantly they LISTENED. That seems to be the problem with every other hospital here lol..

Was the best hospital to delivery your baby until recently they moved there department to st Vincent's

Went last night to E.R. with a torn calf muscle. Everyone from check to discharge was fun and thorough. Was in and out under 2 hours. Great care. Highly recommend
