DICK'S Sporting Goods

The largest sporting goods store in the Toledo area. This store has the biggest selection of shoes. Great sales and prices. 2 levels of sports equipment. I could get lost in this store just checking everything out.

One word…. WOW! This is by far the largest Dick’s Sporting Goods I have ever seen! It has everything! And the people that work there are super friendly. I will name two people…. Dave and Alex. They bent over backwards to help my brother and I find a lid for a Yeti mug. They could have said, “no we don’t have one”… but did everything they could to find one and they did! Incredible customer service! I wish we had a Dick’s Sporting Goods like this where I live. They had a practice golf range and a putting green. We tried every putter that was available while we were practicing. I would highly recommend shopping here!

I enjoy shopping at this store. Alex, the manager, was so nice & understanding. I had a $ 10.00 award that I had received in the mail. When I ended up the register, Annabelle told me that the reward didn't show in the system. I explained that I'm the only one on my account and that I never used it. She wasn't going to let me use the reward, and I was getting upset. So I asked for the manager , and Alex listened to me and told her to scan it anyway & gave me the reward. I really appreciate him for doing that. I've been up since 4am, and I worked a 10 hour shift, so I was tired, and I really didn't want to have to lose my reward after all the money I spend in that store. I have 4 boys and shopped here through the years a lot!! So I'm thankful for Alex. God bless him.

I had a great experience when I purchased 20 footballs for a free camp, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I can't remember the young man who helped me, but he has good customer service skills. Kudos

Great store when you have a coupon. A bit pricey if you don't. They have most options you are looking for.

I was there to get a new batting helmet for my grandson. While looking at the variety of helmets we had three separate employees ask us if we needed help. Great service.

I am so happy with the customer service I recieved today from Cody in the bike department. He went above and beyond by putting together a new bike for my sons birthday and very quickly might I add! The cashier was also super pleasant and efficient! Thanks again 👍👍

They have a good selection of sporting goods. Reasonably priced for apparel as well. If you spend enough time browsing around you can find a good deal within the store. The staff is always friendly a d highly knowledgeable about any question you may have in regards to the best equipment for a particular sport or for a workout. When I was starting a new program they were able to suggest the best hand weights and weighed ball. Always a pleasure shopping here, in and out.

They had all the hockey in stock and the sizes we needed. Considering it was black Friday, the check line was the length of the entire store but it was fast and very efficient. Good job guys!

Great service. Sales associate performed an analysis of my sons walking form and helped him pick out the right shoes for training. He was also very patient while he tried on more than a few that were recommended.

We went in looking for soccer shoes.A very helpful employee got the correct ones for my granddaughter. we also needed shin pads and he let us know where they were.The checkout person was friendly, and efficient.The prices were good and the store was clean. A very nice experience

Great place to get items for fitness, sports, and outdoor activities. They won't have everything you may be looking for, but it's a great start. I come here for active wear, and running shoes mainly. The Franklin Park Dicks Sporting Goods in Toledo has a bigger store, with a lot more consumers than others, so they tend to have a bigger selection of stuff, or newer items that may have recently hit the stores.

The employees are very friendly! They helped us purchase gym clothes for school. The prices are high, but the quality of the clothing is great.

Great store, very clean and organized. Staff is very friendly. Great quality of clothes and all of the products there. Some things are a bit on the pricey side. But otherwise awesome store.
