I LOVE this location! All staff members are so kind, warm and welcoming, and extremely helpful. It’s a plus that it’s literally 1 minute from my house! Lol. Highly recommend coming here for your packing supplies too. Excellent prices and variety.

Staff is always friendly, and helpful. HOWEVER, something I witnessed today deserves special recognition. As per usual mid December, the store was especially crowded with a line nearly out the door. I witnessed an elderly woman at the counter lacking the proper QR code to return her items. The employee working the counter was especially patient as the elderly customer attempted to understand what she needed. Seeing this was going to take extra effort, the employee called another employee from the back to work the counter and keep things moving, while she stepped aside with the elderly lady, and helped her complete her return. WAY above and beyond!! I very much regret not getting the employee's name, as she deserves more recognition for her patience and exceptional customer service. Keep up the great work!!!

I was having severe anxiety over trying to go through a closing on a home in Alabama while here working in Ohio. I had no idea The UPS Store had notaries!! I called and spoke to Jenna!! What a true gift from God!! Every detail I needed was handled here this morning. 8/21/23. Thank you, Jenna, for all of your help and patience. God bless this store and everyone working here.

Very courteous, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. The employee had a smile on his face the entire time we worked with him, and was very professional!

Staff is great, always very helpful. Even with a line to the door you somehow never spend more than 10 minutes waiting.

Had to return and item through ebay because the seller scammed me. Was thinking it was gonna be a long process and cost me money and all that but it was surprisingly really fast and easy and i didn’t have to pay for anything. Great people who do their job right and fast

I recently had an online antique auction and teamed up with Rose and her crew to handle the packing of shipping. In less than a month, they packed and shipped over 300 items to my buyers and I'm only hearing compliments from them (about the quality of the packing and the cost to pack and ship). The Marietta UPS Store totally knocked it out of the park!

We always get friendly and fantastic service here. Everyone is really nice and the store is clean and organized. They take the virus seriously too and masks are required, which is greatly appreciated!
