I was there about a week ago because of a flat tire. They were very nice. Explained everything and what I needed done. Helped me tremendously with getting the work done and pricing. Hadn't been there in quite some time bc of issues with previous management but this was a much better experience by far! Will definitely be going back for my back tires next!

I had a really good experience yesterday at this place. They did a very good job on my vehicle and even when they ran a little bit late they sent a person to actually come get me and take me back to pick up my car at the end of their work day. Very considerate of them. Very nice hard working people. They took care of me for sure.

Jason and his men squeezed me in on very short notice for an all around brake and rotor replacement on a Sunday.

I got a flat overnight during an important trip. Went to Walmart to find out that I had locking lug nuts with no key. They recommended I come here.
When they found out I was on a time crunch they went above an beyond to get me in and out as quickly and as safely as possible.

I visited on March 6th 2024 for a scheduled oil change plus a maintenance overview for an additional $10. My vehicle is a 2015 Dodge and the only issue found was my 2 front tires, which I was already aware. I was advised of a few items for preventative maintenance and I received a great discount for having it all done with my oil change. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable when explaining to customers what services needed to be done to their vehicles done and why. I've been a loyal customer since 2007. Never disappointed with the service s received.

I discovered my front tires where worn to the wires on the inside, i had a very hectic schedule of running including Dr. Appt. And daughter in school. They worked me in on short notice ensuring i was safely back on the road with good tires and in time to get my daughter from school. They didn't break the bank, i will be going back for additional work soon as i can schedule it.

Brought the car in for brake work. The guys were friendly, courteous, and the work was well done. I'd recommend to anyone. They do get busy, & you might have to wait, but that's a sign that a lot of people like their work!

I had a great experience here! I mostly talked to Kian, but it seemed like the staff worked together as a team. I have a not-so-common tire size, so he ordered the tires for me and called me when they came in. I was happy I was able to get in the day after he called, and it did not take long. I ended up only needing one tire instead of two that the dealership was trying to sell me.

I had originally gone to the dealership to get an estimate on getting a new tire because one had a nail in it and was leaking. The dealership told me that I would need two new tires because in addition to the one that was leaking, another one was on 3/32nds. They wanted to charge me over $700 for two tires. Next, I came to Firestone for an estimate, and it was just over $400. However, when they were looking to change the tires, they said the only one that needed changed was the one with the nail because the other treads were 5/32, 7/32, and 7/32.

I’m really grateful for the honesty and helpfulness from Kian and the rest of the staff at Firestone because he took the time to show me the tread depth and didn’t try to sell me an extra tire before it was necessary. I’ll definitely be back for my next tires!

Your staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. My questions were answered in a way that I could understand without making me feel stupid. I truly believe Ed was honest with me and not just after a sale. I left feeling that I was treated fairly and not taken advantage of. I now consider Firestone on Belmont Ave. the auto care place I will use for my vehicles.This location deserves a great rating!

Made my appointment only two days out. Truck was way out of alignment due to a broken tie rod. We fixed the tie rod in house. Then had it aligned. I was so happy with the results I signed up for the lifetime alignment program for this truck. Absolutely amazing job.

Friendly and professional staff. Jeff and Jeremy were awesome! Checked every concern I had. Car fixed right and problem that I was told by another mechanic couldn’t be fixed was fixed by the mechanic at this Firestone. Prices were reasonable, too.

My local Firestone has fast an friendly service, and trustworthy employees and I don't like to take my car anywhere else
