Very efficient and professional service! I’ve been to multiple Audi service locations and Brookline has set the bar high for all the rest. Quick check-in; I was updated soon after I dropped off my vehicle of the diagnosis and my vehicle was ready early! Not only that, but they were able to get the inspection sticker for me as well as a last minute request. Going direct to the dealer is expensive (as we all know!) but Brookline earns it. Brought my car in to the Brookline Audi dealership. It was the first service. Check-in was easy and quick. Everything was explained. They arranged an Uber for me to get to work and an Uber for me to pick up my car. Of note they sent me a video of everything that they were doing during the service which was very reassuring. Overall an excellent experience

Brought my car in to get an oil change and ended up getting my 80k service because Kervens called it to my attention.

As an owner of a 2022 Q7, I was not happy with the fact that I needed service. However, Kervens was awesome and very attentive. He made the situation a lot easier than I could imagine.

Quick turnaround - Communication was amazing. They let you know your options but don’t push anything hard. Car came out great and super clean.

Kervens was most helpful. He explained the costs of the repairs, guided me towards the Uber that was going to give me a ride, and was most polite.

I had a flat tire with a with a bad tear and needed it replaced. Audi Brookline took me in without an appointment and helped replace the tire (which they had in stock and is really awesome in itself). I I appreciate so highly that the technicians worked extra time and the time for me given the situation.
The whole staff there was really nice understanding and very helpful, from the technician who greeted me in the garage, to Ashley and her service colleagues who clearly explained the charges and facilitated the repair as quickly as possible. Based on this really good experience, I highly doubt that I will go to any other dealership for my next Audi, but in the meantime, will definitely revisit their service department over others if needed. I was impressed that they still found time to give my Q3 a car wash. Just really good, customer-centric service and experience.

I am a first time Audi owner and today was my first ever Audi service. Excellent customer service by Kervens Noel, I arrived a few minutes early and he checked me in quickly and explained in detail what the process would be. Service including full car wash was completed quickly and every interaction I had with employees from driving into the bay until leaving was pleasant. I will definitely continue to service my Audi at the Brookline location.
