Comfort Inn

This place is a wonderful family place to stay when visiting Cambridge, OH. My great grandmother used to work here in the kitchen and every time our whole family came to visit we'd stay here. The staff is wonderful! The rooms are clean and fresh. The location is perfect for shopping and food!

Nice hotel. We like staying at Comfort inn as they are always clean and neat. The only thing we don't like are the low sitting toilets.
Hard on a senior with bad knees. Breakfast is good.

My family and I came in the middle of the night last night in a horrible storm and the man working the front desk was so so nice and helpful! We were soaked from the storm and exhausted and he was so kind to us! THEN the next day our daughter’s stuffed bunny was left behind in our room and she has never slept without it. We called and the lady behind the desk went and found it for us! Thank you both so much for your kindness and hospitality! We could not be more thankful for the staff at Comfort Inn in Cambridge!

The pool is closed.....They lady that check us in and was there both nights at the front desk for our stay was amazing. The rooms were clean beds and pillows were comfortable. The only complaint we had was that the lady that fills the breakfast acts like you are a inconvenience to her for eating there. She was NOT friendly and had no customer service attitude. The hotel is a great choice however we had a very positive experience!

I've lived in Ohio about 5 years ago and decided to come back to visit and the comfort inn was my first choice. Upon arrival jenny was warm welcoming. She made me and my girlfriend feel like we were apart of the family. I give her hospitality a 100++++++. The second night she understood what happened under the circumstances that we had witnessed. So needless to say me and my girlfriend will be staying here again. Thank you again for going above and beyond.

First time ever coming to Ohio. After driving 15+hours from Connecticut. But Jenny checked us in both nights and her hospitality went above and beyond anything that I have ever witnessed. She made us feel like family and the upgrade for the second night was well worth it. I cannot thank you enough and when I come back to ohio I will be staying here from now on. Thank you again.

Great Experience for a pet owner. Travelling with X-large dog and was informed by national line that weight limit was 10#, but called hotel itself and front desk informed that there was no limit (there was a $25 fee). I got a first floor room, non-smoking, next to side exit accessible by card key. Very nice.

The room was clean, no gross discoveries.

Staff seemed very nice and accommodating.

Teresa that checked us in was very knowledgeable over the phone, and just as nice in person. Truthfully I was still pricing pet friendly hotels and her upbeat attitude, I couldn't help but pick this place. The rooms are clean and she put us a few rooms over from a door so I can easily walk my babies! The 2 places I called before her were semi rude. I am happy with this place and my dogs seem to like it too.

This Comfort Inn is exceptional. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Karen, the afternoon concierge is always welcoming and such a delight whenever we stay at this location. The breakfast is excellent and the gal who works in that area is warm and conscientious. My cousin and I have stayed at other Comfort Inn's based on our experience at this one and they more than paled in comparison. This last visit we noticed how quiet the heater in the room was, too. An all around restful and comfortable experience.

The staff was so friendly and professional. Breakfast was perfect and the cleaning staff went above and beyond in our room, even folding my boyfriends daughters personal blankets on her bed. I will stay here every time I visit Cambridge. Thank you for a lovely atmosphere and an awesome stay. P.S. Food delivery was so easy, they didn't even have to ask my room number, They have it program to know!

This was an amazing stay! The quality of service is fantastic and the staff is so friendly. The rooms are very nice and spacious and mine came with a personal jaccuzi, mini fridge, microwave , bath& shower, a tv watchable from bed & jaccuzi, and the beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Checkout was at 12 and they offer a 2pm late checkout. I also got complimentary toothbrush,toothpaste, and a razor because I forgot mine. I was extremely satisfied with my stay.

Awesome experience, we were traveling with 49 kids and they couldbt have been more accommodating. The rooms were all clean and ready to go early on arrival day. The room keys were all organized and labeled. They knew we had to leave early the next morning so they broight in their breakfast cook 4 hours early that morning to make sure the kids could get breakfast before leaving at no extra charge.
Our event got canceled and held over another day. They immediately found enough rooms to keep us there a 2nd night. Wonderful Staff and the hotel is very clean!!

Pet friendly with a $25 fee, with nicely updated interior, plenty of space, and very quiet room. Includes a rather large refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast is pretty good, with a few hot choices, the management and staff are very courteous, and the amenities are open until midnight.

Definitely the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in and the friendliest staff as well. Breakfast was great and I couldn't hear anything through the walls and there was a washer and dryer next to my room! It was absolutely spotless. If I go on vacation I'm definitely staying at a comfort inn.

The staff is friendly. The rooms are big and spacious! Love the built in desk! The beds are comfy and spacious. I slept very well. The breakfast.... Delicious! That sausage gravy.... Yummy! 😋 INDOOR SWIMMING POOL & A GYM!

Since it's rare a place is perfect, customer service is what is important and matters to me when I read a review.

I had 2 rooms and we arrived late. Both had some issues. I let the night desk clerk know and she said she'd alert the assistant manager. In the morning, I met the assistant manager and she knew the details that I'd left with the night clerk. I appreciated that communication. Both room issues were resolved satisfactorily.

Considering Covid, the breakfast was very good. They had pre-packaged, brand-name individually wrapped food to heat up in the microwave along with pre-packaged pastries, yogurt, and Nutrigrain bars.

If I travel through again, I would stay here.

We arrived without a reservation and the receptionist helped us to find the best rate! We also ended up having issues with our trailer and the hotel gave us a lift to the nearby autozone. Such friendly and accommodating staff! The room was also great for our road trip. Highly recommend!

Great staff, pleasant atmosphere, white - glove clean and quiet room!
AND, the cookies with 10 seconds of microwave time were absolutely AWESOME.

Stayed here tonight after long day on the road. I'm giving it five stars, it is not a five star motel but it is what I paid for. It is comfortable very roomy which is important as I am in a wheel chair. Every thing worked mirror problem with wifi which the front desk fixed right away. Clean, nice bed roomy bathroom. I hate hotel breakfasts and usually just get the coffee, not so here, the breakfast was as good as possible for not being a restaurant. The motel is surrounded by good food and other things you might need. I would stay here again. Standard room king bed under $100 bucks (Expedia) fridge microwave coffee or tea in room what more could I ask for.

This Comfort Inn is one of the best of any I have ever stayed at and with my job I have stayed at many hotels. The Hotel Staff is excellent, starting with the Manager, Megan, her selection and training of her staff is wonderful. Additionally Megan is always concerned for each residents satisfaction and comfort. She has one of the best breakfast around and a great staff that watches out for you're wants and needs, Doris and Aldeen both want you to leave happy and full.
The wonderful service people are great. They tend to everything from keeping your room spotless to helping you find area activities and information you ask for such as restaurants, traveling sights, shopping. They even bake cookies every day! If something breaks, Scott fix it as quick as possible, or finds someone who can. I was in the hotel and can tell you Amanda, Lisa, Lori, and Becky were terrific when they were working in my room. I had no worries about anything. Front desk employees see to it that your stay, room and service is great. Debbie, Nikki (Lori), Teresa, Lee, Melody, and Kathy are awesome.
Also, it is a pet friendly hotel and they were great with my small Jack Russell, he loved them all.
If you are anywhere near this hotel, Stay There. Great beds, Great Staff, Great Breakfast stay and enjoy it all. They also have a pool, jacuzzi and workout room.
I highly recommend them.
