The staff are very helpful

I am still currently in the process of getting my issue resolved with the Cashier's Office. It has taken about 3 months and is still ongoing. The Cincinnati State website states that applying to the college is free, yet I am being charged a $15 application fee. I had to email the cashier's office three separate times over the 3 month period before hearing anything back. I had called three separate times and no one ever answered the phone. They finally emailed back only after I said I was extremely frustrated and was going to write a bad review. Even after I provided them screenshots of the website saying the application fee was free, they're pretending not to see it and are refusing to email back regarding the screenshot. I am EXTREMELY unsatisfied with Cincinnati State and will be telling everyone I know not to go there. There are other community colleges in the area that are actually professional and stick to their word. Do not go here, they will try to screw you over.
