They have been taking care of my cars for many years! They are certified mechanics who examine your vehicle and give you options for repairs. The staff are friendly and courteous and the waiting area is comfortable with free drinks and chocolate! They offer discounts for AAA or for reading their Q&As in the local paper. Took my truck in for brake work. Was very happy with the work and pleasantly surprised at the comprehensive notes that were written on the service invoice. Explanation for each repair done and/or why it was done. The gentleman who rang me up was extremely friendly and helpful. I had never been to Reed’s before, but this will definitely be my preferred mechanic going forward.

Reed's Top Tech is the only place in Cambridge reliable and professional enough to touch my vehicle. In terms of professionalism you get what you pay for with other shops in the area. I know my money is well spent with Reed's Top Tech and the job will be done correctly the first time, every time. I can't say that for other shops. I HIGHLY recommend their services.

I have found the auto repair facility like no other. The service and smiles you get are exactly what Cambridge Ohio is all about. Once the are finished with a rusty old rust bucket of a truck… a transformation of the miracle kind. A very well maintained facility with excellent credentials in the automotive area. The best thing is sitting in the lobby area and hearing all the praises bestowed upon them about every and each customers experience!

My wife's Ford Escape was having issues and we had already taken it to another garage who had claimed that there was nothing wrong with it. The folks at Reed's listened to us and then fully diagnosed the problems. We were quoted a price and the service was done quickly and on budget. We really appreciated it!

On our recent visit to The Wilds on 8/11/21, our Serpentine Belt and Water Pump broke down in the middle of nowhere, stranding us without cellphone service. After securing a ride back to our cabin, we called Reed's Top Tech and they graciously fit us in that afternoon. We had the car towed, and upon arrival they began working on it immediately! They were kind, polite, clean, and went above and beyond with their service! I would recommend this outstanding service to anyone!

Wonderful staff and prompt service. We selected Reed's to oversee the update on our 1974 Corvette in the fall of 2020. They did absolutely everything, including arranging for the installation of a new windshield. It was completed for the summer of 2021 and we couldn't have been more thrilled. We never thought the Vette could look so good or run so well again. As the original owner, my husband had never thought to see it on the road again. For any repairs on any of our vehicles, we'll definitely choose Top Tech. First class all the way!

Since moving to the Cambridge area from Akron in 2008, Reed's has been my number one choice for servicing all of vehicles, including routine maintenance and repairs. Some reviewers believe they are over-priced. I know you get what you pay for, especially in the business of auto service. I am confident I am always going to receive the best service from skilled technicians using quality parts, as well as an easy and welcomed personable approach to customer relations. I truly appreciate their service.

First and foremost, everyone at Reed’s is friendly beyond words! I’ve never been anywhere with friendlier staff than this place. I had encounters with maybe 3 different people, each of them just as nice and welcoming as the next. It felt like a very professional and pleasant place to go to. The mechanic himself actually came out and explained everything he did to me, he even brought out the parts he replaced to show me what was going on. I use to take my car all the way up to Canton and now I have no idea why. Reed’s will exceed your expectations for sure, I highly recommend it!

Tim Reed and his colleagues provided the most professional , knowledgeable, attentive and fair priced service! I recently came to town and my engine starter was failing. I called the shop and and talked to D'anne who said, although they were very busy, would work me in that day. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the store, courtesy of the staff and professional manner in their handling of my concerns and vehicle. This was the first independent shop I have been to that had, not one, not two, but four master ASE techs! They diagnosed my engine starting issue and replaced the starter along with an oil change within a few hours of my arrival. I am very pleased with their service. I recommend them to anyone who needs auto service. Thank you Tim!

We werein the Cambridge area for vacation when our van started making a weird noise. AAA sent us to Reed's Top Tech to have it checked out. Gordon, Tim R. and Tim W. were very kind and helpful to us. I was incredibly impressed by the professionalism of Mr. Reed and his staff. They were polite, precise, and did their job well. It is obvious to me that they care about how they do their work and how they treat their customers. I only got an oil change, but they treated me very well. A few days later, I received the details of what they had checked in addition to changing the oil. They had forgotten to give me that sheet when I left, but they mailed it to me with an apology note! This was the first time I visited, and I intend to return.

Had a bad ball joint that was causing shaking and a loose feeling when driving. Reeds identified the problem plus a couple other issues that we had noticed and took care of them for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend!
