Village Herb Shoppe

Hands down, this is one of my family's favorite shops in Yellow Springs. Their selection of teas and earth-friendly household items is excellent! We most recently purchased an herbal tea blend and essential oil-infused mineral salt blend, both of which have been lovely. More than that, the owner is so thoughtful and kind. It's always a joy to stop in here!

Picked up some loose leaf tea and an infuser and super excited to try it out. The man that helped us was very helpful and explained the beautiful steeper cups they had available 😊

Every time I go into the shop the owners are kind, welcoming, and are always willing to answer any questions I might have. They are truly there to help people and to spread knowledge about healing that comes from the earth. One of my favorite shops in Yellow Springs! 💗

Cannot recommend shopping here enough. Came in to purchase some tea (which was great) and forgot my credit card. Called the shop and the owner had been holding it and was even willing to stay late to get it to me. When I came to pick it up he not only had the card but also gave me some goodies and tea on the house. Incredibly friendly staff with an awesome selection of teas that clearly care about their customers.

Went on a little trip to yellow springs with my sister a couple months back when we had the pleasure of walking into this beautiful little store, many natural and hand made products to choose from not only for us humans but for our pets as well. my favorite thing i purchased from here was something called "dog herb" it's an amazing product that has completely changed my dogs for the better! They have so much life and energy now! This place is the real deal for sure.

This shop was wonderful! The owners were super kind and let us come in after close, and very helpful with selecting tea and a steeper. Amazing shop with a great selection of teas and awesome customer service. Highly recommend (:

My first time here. I was impressed by the nice selection of handcrafted herbal teas! If you love tea, especially unique blends, you will enjoy this store. Purchased the "Relax" blend, and love it! Also jasmine pearls (tea). Nice selection of essential oils and associated products, too,a owner /staff were so nice and friendly. I'll definitely be a returning customer either in person or online!

This shop has always been my “go to” for my tea. They are friendly and helpful. It is that “family/friend” feel that you just can’t get from overly commercialized stores. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved the owners of this place. Extremely friendly. Owa was great to talk to. Actually went back to this shop twice during our short weekend trip to town. Great gifts, including some fantastic local honey. Really enjoyed my experience here.

The Shoppe is soothing. So glad it was still there. It was over 15 years since I had been there & I traveled for over an hour to get there. Found a couple of unique jewelry pieces to go along with the bulk sage I purchased. Well worth the drive.

I occasionally browse Yellow Springs about once a year and this weekend I went into the Village Herb Shoppe for the first time. I'm going to have to make my visits more frequent. I love tea. I'm very snobby about my tea. I drink it all day every day.
I saw a few packages of tea blends that caught my eye and for the very reasonable price decided to try them. I bought 2 different, a white jasmine and Roobios. Both were excellent. I'll be regularly buying my leaves here now.

Sage smells amazing, bee pollen is awesome, the vibes in the shop are wonderful… will definitely be going back and it’s an hour away from where I live! Worth the trip.

LOVE this shop. The owner & workers are so nice. My 2 year old loves their honey and so do I ! He loves getting syraws of it evertime we go. I loved their strawberry green tea & all the natural animal products !

When to Yellow springs with my wife for our anniversary and we stopped in here. They were so sweet and even gave us a free tea for our anniversary! Lovely place and even lovelier people!

I was thoroughly surprised and impressed by the kindness and genuine care for our family that we received from Owa (i think i spelled that right) and the other lady who I completely forgot to ask her name even gave me a hug! Hands down the best experience we have had in yellow springs. I cant wait to learn more!

Friendly and knowledgeable owner who is willing to explain his products and help you find whatever you need in Yellow Springs whether it is at his shop or elsewhere. A true herbalist who makes the most fascinating mixture of herbal tea blends. The wide selection of essential oils makes this a must stop if you are into aromatherapy. The bee pollen and honey is pretty great as well. Whatever you buy here you can't go wrong.

Owner is very knowledgeable and forthcoming with his suppliers. Enjoyed my visit alot, plan to come back soon.
