First: I was having difficultly locating parts through JP & Dennis Kirk. I stumbled onto TC BROS. and blindly sent an email request to them with my wish list. The following morning ( less than three hours later) I received an email FROM A HUMAN @ TC Bros. Not only was it a simple email, the service/parts person sent me ALL of the links to ALL of the specific parts I needed to complete my 1981 HD/FX project.. including all those “ little things required” with notes on each as well as a second alternative package deal. I was TOTALLY impressed that they had ALL the parts when all other vendors items were on back-order for months & months and the prices were INCREDIBLE. I searched out each package/reviewed ALL details and prepared my order of 18-20 parts. I sent the service/parts person my list to have them check each for compatibility... Within one hour I received another email confirming & I ordered everything required to complete my project bike. They offered FREE two day Fed Ex shipping and even discounted the order. 36 hours later the parts were in my garage packaged to safely you would think the parts were their gold bars. Upon opening all…. The order was complete, accurate, undamaged and best of all some of the FINEST parts I have purchased in 25 years. These guys are the GREATEST and after spending $35-40K with other vendors over the years these guys have inherited me as a life customer. BRAVO TC BROTHERS…. P.S. My order included special springer front end, rotors, calipers, assorted special nuts/bolts, wire wheel, hubs, bearings, axle & adapters. FANTASTIC!!!

These guys are awesome. I'm building my first chopper and their customer service is beyond fantastic. I bought the wrong rear fender(completely my fault), emailed them and within 24 hours I had the fender sent back and the correct one in route.

They deserve that 5 star rating. I have purchased few times from these guys over the past couple of years and never got disappointed with the quality of the products they offer and very recently, to the support they gave me with a Fedex blunder who simply delivered my boxes at the wrong address and didn't show any support to recover them.

TC Bros on the other end was very supportive and manage to solve the issue on their own, despite not being liable to the situation. A big THANK YOU to Matt for his help.

In the process of a springer conversion. TC Bros has been a great company to deal with. Super fast delivery, I always get parts next day and free shipping starting at $99. Some of the parts come with no or limited instructions but these guys will email and talk on the phone until I understand what I need to do. Really great customer service on top of well-priced products.
Update - I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I ran into an issue (user error in the end), but these guys went so far out of their way to help me that I will go out of my way to do business with them for all of my bikes. TC Bros top of the list for me.

Only have ordered from them online but literally amazing, I live a state over and not even shipped yet and next day shipping are you freaking kidding me man?! It’s not just one order either it’s been like 6 orders now! Just amazed at how well they do business! Will be definitely making a trip to see the show room!

These guys are the SH**. Order a license plate bracket kit for a shovelhead rebuild. Took it out this past weekend for its first long ride. The running light cover came off while out on the hwy. Called this morning talk to Patrick. Sending me a new one out today to replace the one I lost. That's what I call customer service a very rare thing these days that's for sure.
