I had a great experience with ProSource of Dayton. Chris Gerhart was patient, helpful and prompt. The contractor ProSource recommended, Jon Eisele, and his crew did an excellent job installing my new floors and were very enjoyable to work with. I will definitely work with ProSource again on another home improvement project.

My husband and I were so pleased to have stumbled across ProSource. After visiting several other tile stores in the Dayton area we felt lost and started ordering random samples from online companies. Still not pleased we found ProSource and stopped in to check them out. WOW, incredible selection and AMAZING customer service! Tosh was so nice and guided us to all our options. She encouraged us to borrow samples to make sure it looked good in our home. Dayne was fast in providing an estimate once we selected the tile we wanted for our kitchen. We were blown away by ProSource. Highly recommend stopping in to see their selection. I will definitely be recommending this place to friends, family members and also my professional contacts. Tosh and her team were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I never felt pushed to make a decision or choose them, I instead found genuine people that wanted to help me during a difficult time. Our finished basement had flooded, and we had to refinish it with all new floors and some new walls. I am so thankful I purchased my floors through ProSource. I went to many places trying to pick the right flooring and place, and not one made me feel like I was being treated honestly and was being listened to - ProSource truly listened to me and were so honest in their prices. Nancy at Prosource has been so helpful guiding me through our kitchen remodel. She helped me find a contractor I was comfortable with and then took the time to help me pick the perfect materials for the project even though I wasn't really sure what style I wanted. She is a great listener and was extremely patient with me throughout the entire process. I can't thank her enough for all of her help and design advice.

When I asked our flooring-pro son where to shop for remodeling materials, he insisted that we go to ProSource of Dayton. We were FLOORED! I purchased flooring at this store to put in my entire kitchen and bathrooms. The price was significantly less than big box stores and Tyler was a tremendous help! He was very professional, reasonable and experienced!

I have done flooring for 20 yrs and never even knew prosource existed.. but the first time I went in there they was all so nice and quick to greet me when I first walked in..the service was excellent and they had everything that I needed right away..on a 1 to 10 scale I give them a 12 💪💪💪

Nancy was super helpful and fun to work with. They have a good selection of products to choose from. Please note this place is wholesale only. We are working with a contractor, but are able to go in and look at products.

ProSource has a large selection of items for your home. Staff were more than helpful in getting what you need for a reasonable price.
