Bucks Tavern

First time visiting and will be back again. Service was excellent with friendly staff. The food was fantastic! I had a reuben and my wife the Buck Burger. The corned beef was very tender and moist. Overall one of the best Reubens I have had. The burger was cooked perfect. The portions were very good.

Great place, Chelsea gave fantastic service and the food was excellent. The Chicago style Italian beef was as close as you can get. The Indiania pork tenderloin sandwich was delicious as was the shrimp mini’s. The chicken noodle soap was hot and delicious. Great place to watch your favorite sport or have a conversation with family and friends. Bring the kids they have a good kids menu.

Bucks Tavern is a fabulous place to meet friends for a meal. I had driven by numerous times without noticing it until a friend picked it as a meeting place for lunch. The service was great; pleasant, helpful server and timely.
There are so many choices on the menu that everyone can find something they'll like.
When visiting the area, I will definitely choose Bucks Tavern again.

I wish I took more pictures of everyone's food, but mine was a Chili Dog! I wasn't expecting a regular hot dog, but Holy Smokes! This was the biggest, best dog I have ever tasted (from a local butcher)!!!! The chili (made fresh) was delicious! The Stuffed Mushrooms are huge (of course) and just a delight!!! The Nanas sauce served with the Mozzarella Breaded Cheese was divine! (Same sauce used for Wednesday Spaghetti) The Blackened Salmon Salad (friends order) was one of the most beautiful salads! She loved it! The Onion Tanglers (another friend ordered) were so tasty! Our bartender (I think her name was Amanda) was incredible! She informed us of everything we wanted to know about the menu. (all my extra noted points above in () is from Amanda) The menu is not overwhelming, but trying to decide what to get is! First taste of anything you try I guarantee you will be 100% satisfied! Hats Off to their Chef!!!! First time here, but will Not be my last! Loved every bit of it! Absolutely nothing negative to say about Bucks!!!! TRY IT YOU WILL FALL IN LOVE ❤

I was pleasantly surprised at the comfort of the dining room when I walked in. Then we were waited on by Lori, who was thoughtful and friendly. To top it off, the food was hearty, more comforting, and delicious.

I've been to Buck's Tavern for lunch 2 times so far and both experiences have been excellent.

This place is truly a hidden gem. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but they get 5 stars across the board for me on both occasions.

Atmosphere: 5 stars
This place has a neat atmosphere and is not too loud. It's general clientele seem to be locals and regulars. It has nice decorations and is well kempt.

Speed/Service: 5 stars
I had the same waitress both times and she has been courteous and punctual each time. She was always friendly and checking in with us as well as got our food to us quickly.

Food/Quality: 5 stars
Everything I have had from Buck's (and everything everyone I have gone with) has had great reviews.

Appetizers:
- Buck's Wings: we just got their BBQ wings, but they were top notch. When you bite into them they are fried well and have just the right amount of crunch.

- Soft Pretzels: were hot and fresh out of the oven. Had perfect crunch and the cheese was delicious.

- Chili: had a lot of flavor and contained a good amount of kick for those who like their food to have a little something extra.

Main Course:
- Dan's Burger: I had this the first time I went for my main course. It was cooked to perfection. The combination of bacon, cheese, onion straws, and the party was balanced and juicy.

- Steak Sandwich: I didn't know what to expect when I ordered this the second time I went to Buck's, but boy was I lucky to have tried it. This sandwich ended up having a sirloin that was cooked perfectly to a medium temperature. For some reason I thought it would have been shredded or a flatter steak, but it was a good portion and was delicious.

We randomly came here today after searching for something to eat in google and let me just say this is one of the best restaurants I have ever ate at in my life! The food was fantastic and Lori our server had a great personality:) we will definitely be coming back very soon and bringing our family to try it. Just do it you won’t regret it!

This is one of the best restaurants in Cincinnati hands down. Every meal here comes out fresh and the service is great! Their chicken tenders and potato skins are my favorite appetizers. Their Mac and Cheese is one of the best in town. Their Turkey Reuben is amazing and also their chili dog! Not to mention they have great drinks. Some of my favorites are the Moscow Mule and the dirty martinis. Every time I eat somewhere else, I ask myself why didn't I just go to Bucks.

Today was our first time at Bucks Tavern. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Great atmosphere. The food was amazing! I highly recommend going here. So many apps and entrees to choose from!

You can't beat their prices. All the food is delicious. Can you get a lot. Bartender super attentive

Didn't know what to expect but this was a gem of a find. The place was busy and our service was amazing. The food, grouper bites and Dan's Burger, was, simply put, outstanding!!! If you live anywhere near enough to visit, do yourself a favor and go. The atmosphere was bar, can't explain it any other way.

The best!!! The fish and chips were enough for two grown men!!! Very neat atmosphere.

Laid back atmosphere, excellent food and drinks. I highly recommend the reuben sandwich!

Delicious Chili and delicious Chicken Noodle Soup and delicious Fried Bologna Sandwich! Fries were big fat crinkles but delicious, could have used another 30 seconds in the dryer. Jess gave us great service on a Sunday afternoon

Food was very good, fastest service ever! My wife found her Chicago style Italian beef sandwich.

The food here was really delicious. I had the Dan's burger which was an excellent burger. Fresh ingredients. They also have specials that all sounded and looked really good including a spaghetti night. The portions are good for what you pay for. They have high top, bar, and normal table seating throughout. It was busy when we went and we had to wait for about 15 minutes but it was worth it. Parking is a little sparse and you might have to park a little walk away, but that's the only downside I can think of. A really great place for a bite with great options for anyone.

Great mini burgers, grilled flavor & plump. Good soups, crispy fries. Will be back!

Took the 3 grandkids. They really enjoyed it. Grandson especially loved Dan's burger...rated it as one of his two top burgers EVER😋👍😁‼

Great experience visiting Bucks Tavern. How have I lived walking distance from this great place all these years and not yet tried it?!!! Great wings. Enjoyed the Caesar salad as well. Good service. Great atmosphere. Highly recommend.
