Super clean suv I bought for my wife. I test drove it and then discussed what I was willing to pay. The owner worked with me on the fairest price in the tri-state! He even added a full-synthetic oil change while I retrieved $$$ from my bank. I haven't dealt with a nicer crew of salesmen at a car lot. I will be back here for my next car! Thanks guys! I've been on here before and wrote a review as a VERY satisfied customer. Ramsey has gone above and beyond for me yet again. My alternator went out on my Honda Pilot I purchased from Ram Motors 2 months ago. I called to see if he could get me a deal on one and he actually ordered me one. When I asked him the cost of it he simply said "I've already taken care of it" and asked to make sure I had someone to put it on for me. I have bought several cars over the last 2 years and I have never dealt with more honest, friendly and upstanding people than I have encountered here!! They have gone above and beyond for me more than once!! I WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK A SATISFIED CUSTOMER AND WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS!! Took my daughter here to buy a car after going to a few other used car lots. The selection of cars was much nicer, and the process to buy the car was very easy.

Great experience. No pressure to buy and actually gave me time to just look over the vehicle without being there with me. It is nice to have time to walk around and look at vehicle undistracted. Most salesmen want to be with you at all times. I would recommend Ramzi as a salesman to ask for when you go in to dealership. I came in pre approved and all I needed was a test drive and about 2 hours to get paperwork signed and back on the road home in my, new to me.

My wife and I came in to look at a few cars, we spoke with ramzi.
He was the most honest salesperson I have ever experienced, we did not purchase the car that day (wasn't the right fit for us)but left with a great experience thanks to him.

Our experience with motors has been great so far. I've been to many car lots these guys are professional. There salesman was super easy goin let us start up, drive, anything we wanted. Ramzi is the most passionate, beautiful and hardworking salesman a girl could find to help pick out her first car!!!! Super friendly, willing to work with you to the best of their ability, clean environment, enthusiastic about making the final purchase but not a pushy salesman whatsoever. Ram Motors was a great experience!! He worked with me on price and payment plan. All the cars on the lot were beautiful and priced right. We looked for weeks for the right car and I found him on Facebook and gave it a try. It was a little tricky finding the place but worth it! Like a hidden gem!

Great variety witb reasonable pricing! I even bought a car and noticed a knot on one of the tires. Ramsey gave me the name of the guy he deals with on tires and told me to go there and he would take care of the bill. Thease are super friendly and honest people. I will be back as a satusfied customer!!

Just bought a car today. Facts are as follows.
Very courteous.
Given all info pertaining to the car.
No sale pressure.
Took longer then I expected but in all fairness to them, I was part to blame. My paperwork wasn't together. They had a problem with their printers. Could've happened to anyone.
Found a small problem with the car but they setup right away to get it fixed.
More then fair.

Just bought a 2007 Mercury Mountaineer from Ram Motors for $3999. Everyone there was friendly, from the guy detailing the cars, to his nephew that was helping with sales. Ramzi is nice and easy to work with and very organized... I felt very comfortable buying a car from him... The car I bought is so nice... Leather interior looks brand new... Cost is priced below market which was about $2000 less then average and I mentioned to him the price was very much fair and he said they dont mark them up like other dealers only to mark them down to make the customer feel better... It worked for me as it was an easy decision... It is worth it to check out what they have or what they could find for you...

Ram motors are one of the best dealership around the city . Fair prices good staff . It’s a used cars for cheap prices you can hardly find somewhere else’s . I am so happy with the Bmw I got from them for a great deal and price . Had it over 3 weeks no issues at all .

I was on a hunt for about 10 months for a particular SUV, but sadly was striking out in my immediate area. I expanded my search further out and came across example at this dealer.

The listing was super new and they didn’t have pictures up yet, I called and inquired about the SUV, I was put through with Ramzi

I explained to ramzi the situation that I was out of state and needed to have pictures, ramzi completely understood and was quick to snap pictures of everything I asked and stuck with me the entire process, including the purchasing of the vehicle, and afterwords. He was honest about the small issues with the vehicle all the way til the end.
ramzi and the team here are outstanding and made me feel like my business was just as important as someone buying a new car.

To me that’s huge, as my deal was one of the smaller ones they had going on that day.

I would absolutely not hesitate to do business again with Ramzi or the team
