My wife and myself bought a 2008 Toyota corolla from this car lot. We were financing this car and it was taking forever it seemed. I can only speak for myself on how they treated me, they were very upfront and honest about everything. I told them i was very interested in this car and worked with me on every aspect, even though i knew they could have sold this car a hundred times while i was waiting on the bank. They told me and my wife it was ours. Jeff Wilson and the whole team was very honest. They made the process very simple and made us feel like we were important. I recommend them to anyone. If they continue to run there business as they are they will be very successful. We bought a mini van off Dennis about 1 1/2 months ago, and it was such a pleasant experience with them. They was up front about any and everything wonderful people! The last few weeks we had issue with our van not wanting to start (battery was going out in it) we called Dennis to see if he would look at it and he did and changed the battery for us for free, very quick too! He didn't have to do anything, so I Thank you Dennis Auto! You guys are awesome and I'd refer anyone and everyone too you! Great work they do and very nice friendly people!

Jeff Wilson definitely cares about his customers. I live in Indianapolis Indiana and found my new truck on Wednesday but couldn’t make the 2half hour drive until Friday. He was super honest about everything over the phone and even did a video walk around with my husband and I. He wanted to make sure we didn’t make the drive for nothing. Not only that Jeff held the truck until we could make it there. Unlike other dealerships have in the past few weeks. When we got to the dealership he was so carrying about our needs and even helped us out with the paperwork end.

My husband was in a motorcycle accident that left him paralyzed. We were in need of a wheelchair-ready vehicle to get him around. We did a web search and came upon a minivan at Dennis Smith Auto Sales. It met all of our requirements, so my daughter and I drove down from Columbus to see it. I must admit I was nervous traveling to this small town. Well, Jeff and Jeff (there were two) were great! They did not talk down to me, which I really appreciated. That put me at ease. Once I told them about my husband's accident, they were even more helpful and gave additional advice above and beyond just trying to make a sale. Although the car is an older model, I was surprised at how clean it was. I was also thankful for the disability equipment that came with the minivan. Wow! I've never had such a pleasant and easy car buying experience. My husband and I found a truck we were interested in and Mr. Wilson helped us. He was so nice and honest about everything! We took it for a test drive and were sold. Mr. Wilson kept the truck on hold for us for a couple days while we got the finances figured out. When we arrived to take it home, the paperwork took less than 10 minutes. The woman (sorry I'm bad with names) who helped us was very nice and got us in and out. Usually I absolutely dread car shopping, but this was an overall great experience and the place to go when we need our next vehicle. Thank you!

This is the best truck buying experience I’ve ever had. I called and told Mark I was an hour away and I was interested in the truck. This car lot is the best most affordable used car dealer around. I bought a 04 Monte Carlo off the lot. Jeff Wilson was my salesman and everything was smooth and easy! I was impressed by the variety of this car lot they have every type of vehicle you could possibly need. This will not be my last car I buy from them. Great cars and great people you can’t beat that!

I recently bought a clean ‘98 Buick Le Sabre from here about a week ago and a half ago, the car is beautiful and I love it. We bought it for 4 grand and it has 100k miles on it. It was exactly what I was looking for and I’m satisfied greatly with what they sold me! The coolant was leaking so we took it back and they fixed everything under their 7 day warranty free of charge. Just know that you’re buying a used car and there may be some minor issues but they’ll fix it for you as long as it’s within that period. My car now runs great and should for awhile. The staff were all super friendly and seem like good honest people. They went above and beyond what I expected and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice used car for an affordable price.

We’ve purchased two trucks we use for towing a trailer and to have an extra vehicle for hauling from them and have had a great experience with them both times! Found the exact truck I was looking for and when I came to buying it I had issues with the go2bank getting all the money out of my acct at once so the were patient and worked with us on making daily payments and one week later the truck was mine. The staff was helpful, and answered all of my questions. The process was quick and easy. The car was in great condition and very clean.

I went about two weeks without a car and needed one as soon as possible. When my dad and I went looking at this shop we were able to get a car super quick and easily after doing a test ride with it. The person who helped us was Jeff Wilson and he was very nice and professional.
