Tru by Hilton Columbus Airport

Great location to airport, rooms were very clean, bed was comfortable! And the bathroom was clean. Checkin was easy and the lobby is very well designed. Breakfast was good too, all we had was the oatmeal though but all the food options looked solid! Would stay there again no doubt.

We stayed here for four nights, and I have to say that the service was impeccable. The room was a little small, but it was still a nice room. We really enjoyed ourselves. The lobby had a lot to offer with a pool table and a cool area to hang out as well as having a small gym. I wish it had a pool, but other than that it was a great place

Very clean! I loved the big bottles of soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. They were lemon scented. It seems like Tru is really trying to make moves to be green. The big bottles cut down on tons of waste front the small travel sizes.
The room was super clean. The water pressure in the shower was perfect. And the bed was really comfortable. There was a mini fridge in the room. But you had to go to the lobby for the microwave.

Perfect location from the airport. Great service and price for the room. Make sure you are a Hilton Honors member for the best rates. The breakfast not so tough. The eggs and sausage made me feel not too well. I like the activity board by the elevator. Workout room looked nice.

Great location with shuttle service....welcoming staffers who proved to be very accommodating..... clean spacious rooms.....breakfast is available with options!

The room was clean and quiet. The bathroom HAS A FAN! The pillows are comfortable, and breakfast was good.

For the price and how close it is to the airport this was a great hotel. Simple to get in and the room was great. Would have loved some better pillows but i think thats a hotel industry issue and not this one place.

Clean and modern hotel. Nice shower and bathroom space. Room was kinda small, but fine for an overnight trip. Mattress was comfy, but pillows were not. Could hear the airplanes on occasion, but not too bothersome. Friendly staff. I felt comfortable in the room.

Enjoy a wonderful weekend with my lady. We got to spend time in their lobby area playing games and watching TV.

Definitely a great choice. Quiet, even with it being close to airport, I never heard one plane unless I was outside. Breakfast was a nice plus, coffee always available. Friendly / helpful staff. Will definitely return when needed.

Lavazza coffee downstairs 24/7. The best coffee on the planet. Very efficient site. Super comfortable beds. Very quiet even though it is so close to the airport you can smell the jet fuel.

The rooms are a little small with no drawers or closet space. There are hooks, a bench, and a hanging bar though. We made it work and enjoyed ourselves. The staff was excellent. You do have to ask for housekeeping if you are staying a few days, but that worked out okay too as you could get all the supplies you need, and they will take out the trash for you.

I don’t understand how this is a 2 star hotel. Everything was amazing during my stay. The employees were very nice and could tell they actually care about their guests. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing.

Love this hotel! Super clean, modern touches, and affordable. I’ve stayed in embassy suites at rates of $175 that don’t compare to the Tru at $105.
Staff hooked my 4 year old with some treats after a long road trip and again all in all a great hotel. Definitely has a millennial vibe to it. Very casual and again a modern feel. Also a pool table in the lobby.

It is a nice hotel.. Very clean..service excellent.. The last night I could hear people outside my window around 1 a.m. they were very loud.. But I will be back.. Love the Hilton

The TRU is a terrific value among the hotels located near the airport. Wifi, parking, and full breakfast are all included. The rooms are sufficiently sized - not expansive but not cramped either. The rooms are very well designed and equipped, including multiple outlets and charging ports in logical locations, and a refrigerator. I love that they have bath products in wall-mounted refillable pumps instead of trial size packaging. A convenience store and several fast food restaurants are within walking distance, and Easton's upscale dining and shopping are just north of this location. I already booked a room here for a trip later in the year.

Very nice hotel, people were polite, the rooms were spotless. I will look closer at the TRU Hotels more closely for future reference.

We don't stay that often in hotels, but this was a nice surprise. They have a water station beside the ice machine on floor 1 and there are plastic buckets there to fill with ice on your way to your room. We felt this was very convenient and great for our water bottles. Their breakfast is very good, while not over the top or real large their selections covered the basics and were very good. Cold or hot cereal, toast, bagels, some mixed fruit, lots of add on options for cereals, 2 of the best omelets we've had, turkey sausage/cooked case sausage slices, a pancake maker that does it all as you watch )and they were good), and a heated storage for syrup and icing. The only negatives were the microwave was in a very inconvenient place (and hard to find) and the scrambled eggs were terrible. Staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful.

The room was compact and had many storage options with no extra floor space, however that was not a concern for us. There was a king bed, a laptop desk, two tables, a long sitting bench under the large TV on the wall, and a small flat table that contained the mini fridge. There were hanging pegs on a section on the wall instead of a closet. Bathroom had a nice shower, no tub, and a decent sized sink with open storage under and a nice shelf under the large mirror. Note that none of what was just described was a negative for us. We were visiting the Ohio State Fair for 2 days and picked this location to allow easy and quick travel back and forth. Be warned that this is, of course, near the airport so if air traffic bothers you (we're used to it) then you might reconsider. It has easy access to 670 and the airpoty and minutes away from major highways to go places.

New hotel! Super clean and friendly staff which definitely makes the stay way more enjoyable! The breakfast was great! Prices are great! We would absolutely stay here again in the future and recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, comfortable place to stay this is your hotel!!!
