Over the last several years I've had a few issues with my system, and Nick has always provided excellent customer service. He's knowledgeable, identifies the root cause of issues so they don't recur, and is helpful explaining how to resolve them. I wish all service people were like Nick!

Mike Roberts and the team at Multisource have been amazing! We have a new home that was completed in February 2021 in Union, KY. Mike was wonderful to work with throughout the design process, and the installation team are true professionals. We added everything - whole home hardwired networking, alarm system, outdoor cameras, and hardwired Sonos throughout the entire house. They did such a great job that we also invited them back to help with our outdoor space.

Great team that we've appreciated getting to know over the past year! We would use them again for any projects and recommend them as often as possible to friends and neighbors.

I moved in to my home last summer and had Multisource help install my smart home system and UltraSyc app. Since that install I have called Nick multiple times with questions and he has always been REALLY helpful and responsive. The office always gets back to me and messages are answered. Extremely happy with their service; and for the first time, able to control my home with my fingertips.

MultiSource has been installing equipment in our home for 9 years .. since we moved to Cinci. They have installed indoor and outdoor speakers , an outstanding sound system, security , and most recently cameras for outside our home. The installer and Mike showed us how to download the App to go along with other the cameras they installed. Everything is done TopNotch with this company. We purchased a tv and sound system a few years back and thought we had broken the tv when moving it. Ordered a new tv and before installing it the Multisource techs were able to reset our tv. They returned the new tv with no questions and just charged us a modest service call. Now that's SERVICE!!
And the TVs are comparably priced.

Multisource did our wiring for a new-build home. I worked with Neal Mayo, who was absolutely fantastic. He listened to what I was wanting for the house and gave suggestions for the best way to do it. He was a pleasure to work with and we will recommend Multisource to anyone who asks.

Multisource installed an outdoor TV, new wi-fi system, and added to our Sonos system. It was a pleasure working with their team from start to finish. The quote was received in a timely manner and very reasonable. The installer, Nick, not only installed all the components as we requested, but took the time to explain each component and ensure everything was how we wanted it. Top notch service from beginning to end.

Do not use this company. there services are offered through fischer homes. The equipment they install is low grade equipment. In fact I had to replace all the internet equipment they installed at the house. Cameras are low grade and not as clear as other cameras on the market. The security system keeps going off for no reason. I called and left messages and nobody returned my call. At this point I just want them to turn off my security system so I can go with someone else. They still haven't turned it off after months of calling. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

Worst system I've ever owned. The alarm goes off all the time for no reason. The video camera history has never worked correctly. I can't wait for the 3 year subscription to end.

Great sales staff but one of the worst companies I've dealt with in a long time. Products are a complete ripoff. As an IT professional I can assure you you are much better off going with any brand you can find in a nearby store. Also their service team doesn't know what they're doing. I absolutely do trunot recommend trusting them with your home security. If you just need a speaker installed maybe they're your guys.

The reason for the one star is you never can call in for support of their products and get a live person . I tried 6 different extensions and not one person answered 6!!! So I always have to leave a voicemail, the last time they called me back it was 2 days later after the original call. Paid nearly $400 for a router that constantly fails and has to be rebooted. The video doorbell they service has several issues with the home system.

Had Multisource do wiring for my Fischer home. They were lazy and didn't add CAT6 ends to 4 wires but yet did the other 10+ wires. Also, for my TV outlet they didn't add power for the bottom jack which makes hiding the wires worthless. I called them and they just said "oh well, it wasn't on the paper". Don't use them for anything if they can't even complete simple CAT6 wiring.
