Staybridge Suites Columbus-Airport, an IHG Hotel

The room is extremely large & spacious. A comfortable bed & couch, full stocked kitchen & even a closet. For the price alone you get so much! Along with great channels :) you can’t hear anything from other rooms. You can open the windows which is awesome for fresh air.
The AC isn’t in the best but it certainly try’s. Along with you only get 2 towels so I would ask for some extras when checking in.
Other than that great value & great stay.

I've never been treated as well at any other hotel. The staff were ALL amazing, from the front desk to the manager (who picked me up from the airport). I decided to stay in town another night but they were full up and actually helped me get to another hotel (which wasn't near as nice!!) I really appreciated the kitchen and sitting area, the mattress was very comfortable and the bathroom was set up very well for my accessible needs. I'll definitely be looking for Staybridge I in my future travels.

Location is great, super easy access to the highway. The room was fine, there were water stains on the ceiling, and one of the outlets was basically falling out of the wall, but besides that it was fine. The price for three nights was super good. The breakfast was fine. The only complaint was that no one came to clean or change towels the whole time we were there. Not a deal breaker, but it was advertised that the room would be touched up each day.
Would stay again!

Starting with the immaculate lobby that had hot cider and cocoa on offer. Then moving to the common room with a soaring fireplace that had a welcoming fire burning on the overcast day. There were 3 kinds of coffee and fresh fruit available on a complimentary basis with further snacks available for purchase in the well stocked pantry. Outside the common room is a lovely courtyard with seating, a grille and a basketball court. There is a pool as well as a gym on site. My room was spacious and clean with a full kitchen and hot water in the shower.
However, the real highlight is the AMAZING staff. Everyone was so happy to be there and so proud of their hotel. They made every customer feel like a personally invited guest. Every employee said hello if they ran into you and I spoke with so many wonderful people. The hotel is beautiful with thoughtful amenities, but I will be going back to this hotel again because of the fantastic service.

The staff at this location was super friendly and helpful. This location uses dove products which I was surprised to see. There is a $100 incidental fee not mentioned at booking however the visit was pleasant.

Nice hotel friendly front desk. Large open common area, large outdoor patio with fire pit and basketball area. This may be my new "go to" while in Columbus.

Exceptional Customer Service! My go to in Columbus! Property is spotless, the housekeeping and maintenance team is a cut above.

Clean bathroom, quick hot water and I like the Dove brand products provided

It has a nice little kitchen that included a big fridge, burner, microwave, coffeemaker and dishwasher! ( plates, cups etc)

Bed is clean and comfortable for me and has charging ports on each side!

Breakfast is very good, highlights for me are the fresh fruits, hash brown/ diced potatoes, pancakes and sausages. Bonus points is the soda fountain!

They also provide shuttle service to the airport and car rental.

They have plenty of free parking space.

In the backyard they have a very cute patio, basketball field and indoor pool so you can enjoy the view while eating breakfast.

Clean, friendly and convenient. My only problem was they never have anyone to pick you up from the airport like advertised, however they will reimburse from a cab ride. Will stay here again.

We stayed here starting in November of 2021 to present day (June 2022 work related long stay) and the staff was friendly. But then in early December '21 my husband was admitted to the hospital and I was left to handle our 3 small children, him in the ICU, Christmas and just everything and everything was falling apart. Lucky for us we had the amazing staff here at stay bridge! They went so far above and beyond for my kids and my family. I spent the next 2 months at the hospital with my husband and had family with our kids (Yes he survived and has recovered mostly.) The staff here went and bought all my kids Christmas presents as well as Christmas trees and decorations and helped them decorate the room and tree! The made sure my kids got the letter from Santa making sure the kids knew that Santa was aware they weren't home this Christmas but presents were still coming! I cant tell you how much the staff here saved my life multiple times. I would come back 1x daily to shower and leave again and they would make sure I had a towel waiting and food ready so I would remember to eat. They were beyond customer service. They are the good left in humanity. They genuinely care about their customers. I can not recommend this place enough. Rooms are always clean. Staff is, well, extraordinary, incredible, good hearted, attentive, ready to help people. Who I will always remember and carry with me in life. Link, Ara, Matt, amy all of them deserve the best life has to offer. The house cleaning staff is so great too! Whatever you need they are there. Great people, very friendly and have no problem helping out. All in all the staff I can't speak more highly of. The hotel itself is nice. Very clean, tidy, well laid out, free washer and dryers. Pool is wonderful. Basketball courts are well maintained. 200% recommend!

This past Saturday, my husband and I checked into a different hotel in the area. Our room was dirty and the hotel felt unsafe, so we quickly booked a room here at the Staybridge - Airport. Matt at the front desk was super helpful, as our room was not yet ready, so he talked with us about local breweries and helped us pick one to go to while we waited. When we got back and were able to check in, he and the woman who was also working the desk were... everything that you hope for after a long day traveling and switching hotels. Gracious, funny, and honest - it was clear that they both enjoy helping customers, and made us feel so welcome that I regretted that we were only staying for one night!
Our room was also fantastic - maybe a LITTLE dated, and there was a little extra noise than a ~typical hotel since this is a more extended stay sort of location, so there's a courtyard outside, but it was also a cool thing to see so many guests enjoying the pool, basketball court (!), gazebo, and lounging area. But, aside from that, the bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and clean, and the kitchen was perfect and came in handy for our delicious leftovers from the recommended brewery. This location is located within a cluster of other hotels, and super close to the highway, with easy access to downtown as well. All in all, exactly what a hotel/extended stay should be. I absolutely will try to re-book here the next time I am in Columbus.

My family and I had the best experience ever. It was our first time staying at the Staybridge Suites, and the service and hospitality were above our expectations. I am looking forward to extending our stay and staying again really soon.

Very beautiful property and a very wonderful stay here at the Staybridge Suites in Columbus Ohio. I manage a different brand of hotel, so it's nice to see and experience other brands when I travel. Check-in was quick and easy. Amy was very welcoming and informative about the property. The lobby was very clean, warm, and inviting with coffee available all day. The room was perfect; very clean, well maintained, and up to date, making the room feel like new. Our room had a tub, which was perfect for bathing my little guy. I love the counter space in the bathroom. Kyle also enjoyed the desk, so he could get his very important YouTube work done😆. Kitchen features are very helpful for those staying on a budget even if for 1 night, and especially for those who stay long term. The hotel features a courtyard with a fire pit, gazebo, and basketball court. We checked out the pool and had it all to ourselves. Breakfast the next morning was on point and we enjoyed omelets, sausage, potatoes, a muffin and apple juice. There was also oatmeal available a variety of individual packaged yogurts, breakfast bars, danishes, oranges, with coffee for plenty of other options. Checkout is at noon which gives us plenty of time for a quick swim and maybe a nap before heading over to Legoland! Amy greeted us again this morning and I also noticed how she interacted with her staff. For me, that is the difference maker. The staff is genuinely friendly and everyone is noticeably appreciated and well cared for. I'm assuming Amy is a manager and a good one at that. Great stay overall, keep up the great work with this beautiful property.

Matthew at the front desk is amazing! Very professional and focused on customer service.

This hotel is really nice. The beds were very comfortable, and our room had a kitchen and a nice view. The beds are a firm, high-quality memory foam or latex. You sink into them and it's quite comfortable. There's a gas station close by for snacks, and a small market inside the hotel, but we didn't use the one in the hotel. I would stay here again.

Rooms are nice, good space some with kitchenettes, decent water pressure and clean. The courtyard is a very nice place to sit and unwind after a long day. Staff are nice and they have their own security team.

This place was clean, the breakfast spread in the mornings was good, and the little fire pit out back was nice to have at nights. Matt at the front desk was super helpful and ready to help with whatever we needed— I hope he’s employee of the month every month!!

This place surpassed my expectations, superb customer service and very professional by Daysh, she go extra miles to make you feel welcome. also rooms are clean, and afternoon brunch excellent.

Traveled to Columbus for work for 3 weeks and stayed here. This staff is amazing and super friendly, willing to accommodate all my requests. This hotel is very clean, bug free, beds are sooo very comfortable. The rooms have built in mini kitchenettes. Free breakfast everyday and they offer a social meet Mon-Wed evenings where they provide a light dinner. Would recommend this place to anyone.
