Courtyard by Marriott Columbus Airport

This hotel is one of the older ones in this area, but the bathroom has been updated, which I liked, and it was clean. I shopped the hotels in the area, looking for a good rate. Don't waste your time; use the apps. The Courtyard had by far the friendliest staff, and they stayed that way through my visit.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel! I always get nervous about how well I'll sleep, but the beds were great. Most importantly the service was excellent. I had to stay for three nights so I spent a lot of time ordering food at the Bar/Bistro area. Lovely people behind the counter.

HUGE shout out to Lakeisha, who helped me find a quiet space for some important work calls. It made such a big difference to having to work remotely from a hotel. I would come back in a heartbeat!

I love how everything is within walking distance. Restaurants, convenience store, gym. I like this place. Service was really good. I'm slowly changing to a Marriott Maxi.

Close to the airport. Had to check in super late, staff was accommodating. The fitness center is very large, not like most hotels where it’s a treadmill in a converted room. Very spacious. The rooms are large and properly appointed. Water pressure is good. I gotta say probably one of the best hotel beds I’ve ever slept on. Truly wonderful.

One of the best experiences for my husband and I! Absolutely love this hotel! It's so clean and the staff is wonderful!!! Friendly all the time! Rooms are spacious and really clean with super comfy bed!!! We've been staying at the Tru next door but from now on we will be staying here at your hotel!!! Thank you guys for everything!!!

Incredibly clean, friendly, attentive staff, and a freakishly comfortable bed. Also, awesome water pressure in the shower!!!

Great location by the airport, staff is so friendly and the restaurant on property has breakfast and Starbucks coffee as well as dinner and cocktails. Was a great experience during my short trip to Columbus.

I was here on a recent stay due to work. I travel a lot and have a pretty strict routine I stick to, to avoid leaving anything behind. Recently, I left a pendant that means a great deal to me. I called the front desk the same night to see if they had found it in the room I was staying in. I was told a manager would contact me in the morning about it.

The next day, Shawn called me and told me he had it! He told me he would ship it to my home address, and that he would keep it in his personal work bag, so that it would not get misplaced again.

I have never had someone go so above and beyond for me, and I can't thank Shawn or the house keeping staff enough for reuniting me with something that holds a great deal of sentimental value to me.

Shawn also refused any sort of payment or compensation for helping me. He truly deserves a raise and a promotion.

If you're reading this Shawn, thank you again for what you did for me!

Stayed here for work, first time. Outstanding property, as I remember a Marriott ( Courtyard) being. Very friendly staff, girl in Bistro in the morning was very nice and accomodating. Spotless room, gym is the best I've been too. Hotel is bright, clean, smells purified as far as air quality. Top notch property, can't say enough good things about it. Places to walk to for dining, safe area, as I walked to eat by myself at night.

I stay in hotels a lot for work but don’t have a say over it. I’m not very picky. All I really need is a clean room, a ‘practical’ gym, and a helpful staff. This hotel checks all those boxes and more! Room was clean, smelled fresh and renovated with convenient outlets and set up. Gym is amazing. Lots of free weights, machines and cardio. Definitely a top notch gym for a hotel. I don’t need fancy but when the treadmill is from 1965, I get a little frustrated. All the equipment is very new and well maintained. Staff went above and beyond to help me and took great care of me during my stay. Always pleasant and friendly whenever I passed front desk.

I’ve stayed at most of the hotels around this area for many nights and this is by far my favorite. They get the simple things right and things are kept clean. The front desk is always courteous. Even when things go wrong they have always been polite and do the best they can. A gentleman named Ty especially deserves recognition as he’s extraordinarily nice but all of the front desk associates have always done what they could. You do have to request housekeeping and on occasion I did have to ask a few times for them to come but they do a good job. They are thorough, polite, and I can’t think of anything they miss. Also, the woman who works at the Bistro is fantastic and very kind. I’ve had the opportunity to stay at many of the surrounding properties in the area and this is the one I come back to.

Rooms with a balcony! Enjoyed staying here. The rooms were bright, clean, and welcoming,. Noticed that our room didn't have any towels when we first entered the room. Contacted the folks cleaning the rooms. Within minutes, fresh warm towels arrived. Didn't expect the towels to be warm. Thank you for the little extra!

It located 10 minutes from airport and downtown of columbus. Staff are friendly, room are average size, bed and pillownare comfortable. The fitness center huge and many equipments to work out.

My 2 day stay here was absolutely delightful. The staff were friendly, helpful, and extremely accommodating. My room was very nice and clean. I'm so use to staying at other Marriott associates hotels and dust is always a problem around the flat surfaces and on the coffee cups but it was clean here. My only complaint would be the tub didn't drain very well while I was taking a shower. The bistro has very tasty food and a variety of options for most taste buds. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I have some words for this hotel. I travel every week for work and book with Marriott solely for the familiarity. This was, BY FAR, the cleanest hotel I've stayed at. Marriott is already a reliably clean chain of hotel no matter which little branch of it I stay at. So imagine how much care and effort must have gone into this one to where I am writing to tell you it was not only clean, it was PRISTINE! Not a spec of dust or crumbs to be found! The towels smelled like heaven, the bedding was perfectly folded, and the carpet was so clean you could probably eat off it. I wouldn't, but you could. The location is also nice if you want to walk to the waffle house right near by for a family meal.

Very close to the airport. Staff was very friendly. Seems newly renovated. The room and common areas were very nice and clean. Great spot to stay before flying out. Also seems to have many areas for conferences or meeting space. There was a nice outdoor area with a bonfire. There's also an exercise area

This was my first stay at this hotel and I will definitely stay here again, the next time I am in town. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and a pull out couch if needed. Has a bistro for breakfast and dinner with beer and wine available.
