Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Columbus Airport, OH

Service was exceptional. Location is great. Free breakfast was very good--quality, selection & space. Room could have used some TLC but was clean and reasonably well appointed. Would stay again without hesitation.

Very , very nice room. Bed comfortable , small separate room perfect. Wish I could have stayed more than 1 night.

I flew in from Orlando to attend my grandfather's memorial service, called the Country Inn from Columbus Airport to have the shuttle service (Lyft) pick me up and deliver me safely to hotel in the snow storm conditions. Had a wonderfully warm reunion with my mother in the lobby, before adjourning to our beautiful 2 bedroom suite where we had all the amenities of home. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and the home like ambiance made for an all around impeccable experience to be had in our time of mourning. Thank you Country Inn for going above and beyond.

I had a little problem checking in I’ve booked a one bedroom suite and I got a standard room but after going back they was able to change my room to a suite. Overall, the rooms was clean. The breakfast was good. They have sausage, eggs, potatoes, cereal, and your normal breakfast foods so I couldn’t complain, but the only thing I think this hotel need is to be updated. I couldn’t find the USB connection on the TV and the USB connectors that they have in the wall was not working, and the flat screen TVs are old. Another thing I liked about the hotel was that they pool stay open till 10 o’clock but other than that it’s a good hotel just need to be updated.

When we arrived, there were dirty clothes in our room, so they gave us a new room. We ended up being charged for both rooms. Location is good, nothing was too far but it's definitely a no frills room. Breakfast was fairly decent though as was the breakfast attendant. She was really great.

It was our wedding anniversary and due to Covid we had to change our plans. So we decided to stay in town. We arrived to check in and our room was not available, the lady was so nice and offered me a free upgrade. Got to the room, I was a little weary because some of the reviews weren't favorable, but I was beyond pleased and excited with our king suite. Everything was clean and up to date. Definitely will be back. Pool was being serviced but it's cold any how. Breakfast was good, coffee too. The breakfast host was friendly and polite. The front desk ladies were always friendly and welcoming. Great stay.

Staff is great rooms very clean staff are really friendly and breakfast was very good , great, awesome great location . Plenty stores to shop restaurant to go to two or three miles from Eastern Plaza.
I highly recommend this place. Most definitely will stay again.

This Country Inn was wonderful, especially the service. We stayed there one night on our long-distance move with our two cats. Country Inn permitted our cats with an extra fee, but it was worth it. Our cats were so traumatized by the move and were hiding under the beds the next morning in our well-appointed, very clean room. We couldn't get to them to get them back into their carriers. We asked a maid for assistance, and she was so sympathetic and caring and called a maintenance engineer for us. He came quickly and basically took apart the beds so that we could get the cats. He was also so caring and sympathetic to our needs. This was the night of Oct. 24 to Oct. 25 . We wrote a note about their great service to management and hope that they were recognized. Thank you!

The service was above and beyond excellent, my recommendation if you are ever in Columbus Ohio by the airport you have to stay there.

I am not sure where to start. We stayed here. The service was great and rooms nice. It was after we checked out when the true colors showed. While packing our car my box of medication did not make it into the car and fell into the parking lot. We had no idea that it had done this. We were traveling to NY and had made it there when we realized the box was not with us. We called and immediately found out they had found the box. They packaged it and we were able to have it sent to where we were staying in NY. Thank you so much to Candy Huges for all her help and the caring attitude they had for me and ensuring I got my medications. Highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay here for 3 nights. The staff was very kind and helpful. The included breakfast buffet was great and my kids loved that they could make a waffle. They always had hot food to choose from and replenished it right away and the dining room was always kept clean. The chef was very friendly. We enjoyed the pool. Our room was updated and clean. Only thing I didn't like was that the carpeting in room and hall could use a good cleaning. We would definitely stay here again.

After having horrible time at the previous hotel we booked the same day (vert dirty) we decided to book another hotel room. We looked into this one because it wasn’t very far from us. We booked it last minute and was very thankful there was rooms left. After having a long day i wanted to relax. The front fest was super nice, the rooms were really clean, and the beds were comfy. Thank you for making what i thought would be a bad day to a good one

The room was very comfortable and the lay out was nice. Breakfast was pretty good. Eggs, sausage and potatoes on the hot bar and your usual cereal, muffins and waffles. The staff from the front desk, breakfast room and the housekeepers were super friendly!!!!!!!! Would definitely stay there again

Clean, newer place with good sized rooms. I feel $50 per stay per pet is not bad if you stay multiple nights, but rather steep for a one night stay. The manager graciously gave me a break.
Location is good but only a MacDonalds in walking distance.

We had a great stay here. We had a very quiet, comfortable room. Breakfast was delicious. The check in/ check out staff was really helpful, and the breakfast staff was very friendly. Our shuttle drivers were great too! Just be sure to note that the shuttle doesn't run from 12:00-4:00. This is clearly posted on the website.

Very clean
Breakfast was good eggs bacon toast different juices. Coffee really nice hot shower. Great tub for bath every thing was very clean

So pleased last time we came back the next year! Staff are cheerful and rooms are comfortable. Everything feels tidy and well-maintained. There is always hot coffee and it tastes pretty good. We like their breakfasts. We have also gathered in the breakfast room in the evening to lounge and chat. No adjoining rooms for bigger families.

Absolutely amazing people! They were so nice and accommodating. I had traveled all day to a different hotel I had initially reserved. When I had gotten there the room was an absolute nightmare. I looked around and found this hotel and figured I would give it a try! I am so glad I did. Not only were they super kind, they were able to get me in last minute and at a nice rate and nicer room. I am forever thankful to them!

The staff made ALL the difference! "Queen" Traci at three front desk is what a valued employee should be. She is a kind, friendly face to greet guests. Her professionalism and knowledge were appreciated. The housekeeping was also top notch. Akida was amazing and friendly! She is an honest, hard working woman who takes pride in her job. These two employees should be shown appreciation by corporate. They are rare jewels in this world! Everything was fine!

I had an amazing experience with the hotel Kandy on the night shift helped me out so much after my flight was canceled and I needed help at 3am Kandy called around found me a cab and got me checked in quickly she was very understanding The morning staff was just amazing making sure my cab was there and that I was up on time. The hotel was very clean and very comfortable beds. I would give the place 10 stars if I could. Keep up the amazing work.
