Best Western Port Columbus

Very decent! All I really wanted- a clean and nice room, close to the airport. It checked all boxes and I was not disappointed at all. Of course I understand the employment they will draw at this end of the hotel spectrum. But they did just fine. The indoor pool is quite large and nice. The breakfast was meh, but not bad either. Overall, it was perfect in terms of expectation and cost.

The gentlemen who works third shift named Donald is an excellent worker comes in with a smile on his face was able to help me and my family, cherry bags and stuff and help us get situated our room we came down for breakfast. Breakfast was delicious. I wish it was more like Mr. Donald in this world, sir, keep it up

I don't understand the reviews here I spent 82 dollars with tax the room was clean & the beds were nice and they gave me extra pillows. Tianna at breakfast hour was fantastic. I stood on a Monday I had no issues with my vehiclesi think the 3rd floor is bad I was concerned after reading reviews the area is not bad but I think it has to do with guest so I might of got lucky I did check on my cars a few times late at night and I asked for a room on the first floor I parked my cars next toy window the hotel was pretty empty it has a Wendy's in the same parking lot not far and a gas station in which I really liked I think the 3rd floor might be bad I'm not sure I just had a felling so I always get the first floor because it usually is the best the side entrance by the washer and dryer smelled like pet urine the staff was nice the late night Girl was nice but I believe you have to really respect the staff in order to get above than average service I have no complaints I think hotels should be affordable an clean and this hotel / motel had that the remote didn't work and we didn't get to watch TV but we arrived late so we didn't say anything the towels were decent but if you stay in low Star hotel/motels you should bring your own but they weren't bad they just felt corse I like soft bath towels

Can't say enough good things about this place....I've stayed here probably 10 times and my room is always immaculate, and everyone I've interacted with is professional, friendly, and caring. I'm here while writing this and today I was checked in by Hasan; he was so personable and professional, i felt like i was at a 5 star hotel. He deserves recognition for his job performance.
This is my go-to hotel in the area, always!

Tracy at the breakfast bar took great pride in her work. Tried to clean up after a big mess the night before. She made sure we had the freshest things coming out of the kitchen!

Everyone at the airport location is so nice and patient. Miss t is always the sweetest in the mornings! Love to come here 5 stars from Me!

We were checked in fast room was clean. Was super busy due to a sports game. Had no issues would stay there again .

I stayed at the hotel with my family an when we check in the the Gentlemen at the front desk whose name was Donald was very polite respectful help us get in a room and try to go above and beyond his job duty to give me my family a double queen room and he cook Breakfast the next morning, real respectful, young man

You have to request a shuttle 24 hours in advance. Did not see this. When you list in ammendment. Identify a 24-hour shuttle request.

The night check guy Donald is a certified legend, he is always helpful and his customer service is outstanding.

my sister an i book this place to stay for my mom funneral before here we read reviews an we like ok we when to store an bough some stuff to stay there we walk in the room it was very clean an nice so was whole hotel clean to got up for breakfest it was gud such a nice staff the pool was little bit cold but had a great time i will definitely stay here again when come back to ohio this be my new hotel

The front desk folks & breakfast workers are amazing! So friendly & helpful. Shout out to Ms. Crystal, she went above and beyond each morning we were there and really made us feel great. The room was clean, although previous guests must have smoked as there was a 'cover up' scent. The in-room whirlpool worked well, the bed was comfortable, but we did have to ask for extra pillows (why only 3 small ones for two adults?). The pool is right off the lobby and the fitness area is just down the hall; both are maintained but bring your own water bottle to the fitness center, towels are provided in the pool area.

A full breakfast was served and it alternates everyday. Everything was fresh and tasty. It's served from 6a-10a.

So my family and I stayed here before and loved this place, so when we were in town for family, we had to stay here again. Hi Crystal 😁. The staff was awesome, loved the food, was laughing with the cleaning ladies, but was not impressed with check in. That was the only issue I had. I knew check in was 3 pm and I called 2 days before to let them know our flight was coming in early and was told that wasn't a problem to check in earlier. We get there and Charles was working the front. I said I'd like to check in and he very nastily says we're all booked up. I give him my name and said the gal I talked to about 2 days earlier, said I could check in earlier. He gave a huff and said that NOBODY else is here but ME. The time was 7:35 am. I asked him to make sure my reservation was there. He said yes you are BUT check in time is 3:30 pm. I said fine we'll be back to check in but we'll be sleeping in the car, in the parking lot and off we went. Still love y'all and thankfully I was an adult and didn't raise my voice back. But that person tested my patience. See y'all in the future.

I have never had such amazing service at a hotel. we were staying in the area for a cheer competition and I booked online through booking dot com. two rooms, two people. when we arrived our entire reservation was messed up due to booking dot com. we were told that it said we only reserved one room and we would have to call them and get our money back because the hotel was completely booked for the weekend. as we walked out about to call, the lady who assisted us came out and said her manager was able to figure it out and that we would have our two rooms even though the reservation was all kinds of messed up. the room was clean, and service was amazing (including only charging a damage deposit on one of the rooms since we had so much trouble) they even gave us a goody bag with waters and snacks. BW gets 5 stars from me!

The front desk staff including the Manager whose name is Roger are EXCELLENT. Very nice and helpful and will do whatever they can to make you comfortable during your stay. The housekeeping department has some hard working people with great attitudes who goes above and beyond with a smile. Breakfast is nice, eggs, 2 different types of waffle maker, 2 different breakfast meats, oatmeal, bagels, etc. Fresh coffee all day. The pool was dirty with an almost thick milky cloudy appearance to the water. Clumps of hair floating on top. I think its because its the end of the season and they know it will close soon anyway? As much as I love to swim I wouldn't dare take one step into it! YIKES! Parking lot is clean and not too sketchy but the hotel is 100% non smoking so people sit in their cars to smoke when it's late.

Staff is very friendly. The man who helped us check in was very nice. The room is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast staff are wonderful. Crystal especially came to check on us to see how we were enjoying everything and asked us how we were doing. She made us feel very welcome at the hotel and I really appreciate it 😊

Quick and easy booking process and check-in. They also upgraded our room to a jacuzzi suite on arrival for free. Rooms were in excellent condition and beds were very comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and the pool was indoors and also very nice and was also handicap accessible. Complimentary breakfast was included and was also very good. Overall it was a great experience and I will be booking with them whenever I can in the future.

My hotel experience was fabulous! To begin with the hotel lobby and rooms were immaculate, updated, and even smelled wonderful. ALL of the staff were gracious and friendly, and it was truly genuine service from employees who clearly enjoyed their jobs - even housekeeping greeted us with smiles. There was a nice, hot complementary breakfast with a waffle machine that was fun and delicious, and again everything was so clean. Highly recommend!!

Great hotel! I stayed for 2 nights while I attended PD for work. The room was cleaned spotless when I got there and again on the second day. The staff made this place great the breakfast food was great and then while I was eating a hotel employee asked if they could refill my cup of coffee and that was service with a smile! They made me feel at home and it’s some of the best service I have received at a hotel. It was so nice having places to eat within walking distance. Check in and check out was a breeze! I’ll be Back!

Spent the first two nights of our honeymoon here - it was very nice, the room we had featured a whirlpool tub with a deluxe king bed - I can't get over the pillows and how soft and supportive they were!!! Check in was seamless, checkout was smooth, and their continental breakfast was quite nice, lots of options which were very delicious!!! 5 out of 5 would definitely recommend, and will probably be back again!!
