Excellent customer service and excellent styles to choose from! The store is always super clean and I always get greeted by the friendliest ladies. Also one of the few plus sized stores that actually have a good rewards system. Would give 10 stars if I could!

Went to exchange my swim dress & pants and had A lovely experience and the store was very clean and had lots of options! Highly recommend this location!

I always have a great experience here. Staff are always helpful. When there are several different people working they all ask if you need assistance or need a dressing room multiple times which is kind of annoying. I know that’s what they’re supposed to do but it can feel uncomfortable after awhile. Like.. maybe I DO need help and I didn’t even know it lol.

I usually prefer to shop online and then have the clothes delivered to the store for free. A couple times I had ordered pants or something I wasn’t sure would fit me so they opened my package and let me try it on there and I ended up having to return them. With no issues of course. I like that there’s more selection online but I do like to pickup my packages in store and then look around. Some of the stuff online looks different in person so I do like seeing it in the store if I was unsure about it online. Definitely my favorite store. I only shop when there’s 20-30% off, vip rewards coupons or if I have Torrid cash. Otherwise prices are pretty high.

I love this Torrid! Recently I had an experience with them where my order was misplaced. They were so kind and apologetic and let me pick out a new gift for free to make it right! It's so refreshing to hear a business say, "We'll do what needs to be done to make this right," which is exactly what they said to me. Not many businesses have that appreciation for customer service nowadays! I will definitely be shopping there again.

For some reason the Torrid at Easton was temporarily closed, but since I was already across town, I tried the store on Polaris Parkway. Very similar layout and size, and I had no problem finding the bra and panty pair I was looking for. Also found a couple tops I liked.

The staff treated me well and asked if I needed a dressing room. I told them I didn't, and thanked them, and went about browsing.

I love shopping here! The ladies are always so helpful and patient when I have my little one with me! They’ve helped pick out some of my favorite outfits including one that can match my 4 year old, which was great for pictures over the holiday weekend. The store itself has cute and classy clothes for people of bigger sizes, they’re flattering and kind of modern. They usually have great deals on clearance and you’re able to earn rewards for shopping!

I hate shopping with a passion but all the ladies in here were so patient and helpful and its the reason I love Torrid. They spent at least 20 minutes helping me find an outfit and prior to me I noticed they were helping someone else find an outfit for a wedding. They literally go above and beyond ANY store I've seen and I appreciate it so much.

I had an amazing experience here! My boyfriend took me shopping for my birthday and this was our last stop. The ladies were professional and friendly, took wonderful care of me! I got wonderful clothes and I will definitely be back!

She quietly said her name and I didn't quite catch it, Laura or Lauren (my apologies). She was amazing! It was my first experience at Torrid. She was knowledgeable, and even went out of her way to find a pair of jeans for me that were in the back. Also mega thank you for your patience with me and my crazy baby. (From the cooky lady with the 1 year old in the pink Nike outfit& moccasins running around @ 2:30ish on 9/3)

The one salesperson that's almost always there when I go, is sure to make shopping a great experience. She has great taste and is honest on what looks better on a person n what not. I wish I knew her name because she definitely deserves recognition!!

The staff here is absolutely lovely. They are always helpful without being pushy. They have very low turnover and recognize us when we come in. Definitely recommend.
