Don’t know who was working the drive thru last night 1/16/24 but he was the best worker there very friendly and nice he honestly should get a raise best customer service ever!!!

Always good food and friendly workers. The few times there’s an overly long wait they will add free taco coupons.

The team working the closing shift on 2/17/23 are wonderful. I had an issue with the app- I placed my order at 12:25 am & by 1;00, the tracking hadn’t changed from order placed. I went to the window to ask & they had no record of my order (probably a hiccup in the system) but after making them aware, they did everything they could to get me out of there as quickly as possible, were very kind & helpful, & made my food completely fresh. It was the best experience I’ve had dealing with customer service/fast food in quite sometime. It seems so minuscule, “it’s their job to be like that” whatever, but the three who were at the window seem like very genuine hard working people & their kindness did not seem obligatory. Food was just as impressive. I’ll be exclusive to the Southgate location from now on. 10/10

It's probably the best Taco Bell I've been to. Not saying much because I usually don't go to Taco Bell. But the staff was nice, food was quick, and nothing was falling out of the wrapping.

A young lady named Sydney I believe greeted me at the counter. She could not have been more friendly or helpful. She was polite well-mannered and friendly. The food was fine like it always is but she made the experience worth going.

This Taco Bell is so convenient. Just a quick diversion from Interstate 70, it's easy to grab something for dinner on my way home. The drive thru staff are always friendly and courteous. Even if there are 4-5 cars ahead of me in the line, they move speedily on. I prefer this location to my local one due to the quality of their food being far better and their portions being more balanced (there is nothing great about a smear of meat and a taco full of lettuce which is what my location close to me serves).

What can I say it's taco bell, the one stand out at this location compared to others is everything we ordered was put together with care, all the ingredients were even across the entire product, unlike the usual product that seems as though it had been assembled from across the room and your lucky if it's even all there. If your still reading you know exactly what I mean .
