Lorenzo was informative, kind, up front and not pushy. He was helpful in our decision for which customizations we wanted, we will come back here to buy!

The delivery was good from FedEx. I and a friend were able to get everything set up in about 5 hours. My husband, pets and I love it.

Lorenzo and Cody were so nice and helpful. They made great suggestions on configuring our sectional and selecting fabric. Very professional! Can't wait to receive my Lovesac!

My wife and I have never had a bad experience here! In fact, our visits have always been great! We stopped in yesterday to price new covers, and the manager was just so knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and all-around great to deal with. No high-pressure sales tactics - which I really appreciate because I used to work for a cell phone company that was all about “closing sales” - which I personally believe drives a certain customer segment away from visiting retail locations. I can’t state enough how much this location does business the right way (based on my experiences). I could go on some more, but I hope that you visit here if you’re thinking of doing so!

The sales team at the Polaris location are so patient and knowledgeable. I made like 6 trips in there and during that time the manager had changed. The newer sales people made sure they researched my order talked me through the whole process and made me feel comfortable. I’m so excited to get my new look in my house.

Lovesac in Polaris was great! Extremely busy due to the sale over the 4th of July weekend, but Michael was patient with us & answered all our questions. Can’t wait to get the new furniture.

Wife and I had gone to the Polaris location where we dealt with a sales associate by the name of Lorenzo.

Fantastic experience, gave us the space to talk and decide while also making sure to touch base to answer any questions we had (and we had loads).

Later when we received the sofa set we noticed it had a small bit of damage from FedEx (no fault of Lorenzo or Lovesac) so I called Lorenzo who was very prompt with what to do.

Overall a great experience and we are thrilled with our purchase and the team we had gotten it from.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at the Polaris Lovesac shop. Ryan was very helpful and answered our questions both while we were in the store and in follow up emails to him. He helped us complete our purchase in a professional manner. Highly recommend!

Julia and Lorenzo at Polaris store, absolutely outstanding. Julie has knowledge of the furniture product we needed in our situation. It made a decision easy to go with your company after we spoke to both your sales staff members.. And we love the fact that if we change our mind, we can call you and switch out to another product or buy replacement fabric if something goes wrong with one of the panels. And with our pets, it will be great to wash our couch when needed. We love the set up and the flexibility to be either a sectional or a sofa and loveseat combination. We loved the seat tables and cupholders as well. In the end, julia and Lorenzo really sold us on the furniture.

Lorenzo at the Polaris Mall Columbus, OH is fantastic! When purchasing something so expensive and making sure you have all the pieces you need during a flash sale, Lorenzo is your guy. I can’t say enough about his support. He is/was so helpful and accommodating also returned calls timely. He is a top notch representative for the LoveSac company!! I can’t wait to get my delivery!

Lorenzo and sue were so patient with my decision making process even though the store was busy. Both had a motor of knowledge about the product. Love there customer service. Made the buying experience great.

Jorden and Veronica were very helpful and seemed passionate about LoveSac. I’m so glad we went to the showroom before purchasing. Also, the manager there is fantastic and made us feel so happy with our purchase. We had an issue with shipping and he resolved it quickly and with care.

On our first visit we explored all the seating options with Kristen who really knew her products.
Our second we spoke with Alana who wrote up our quote. She also knew the products and options well
Our third time we spoke with a gentleman, he never said his name. He gave us a good demonstration of how we will put the fabric covers on and assemble the pieces. We bought our 4x5 seats on this visit.

Hopefully the communication will be great while we anxiously wait for delivery.

Lorenzo at the Polaris store was great. So knowledgeable of the products and answered all our questions. Painless process and quick delivery.

First of all, the Sac that I bought is the most comfortable thing ever. Hop on it and become one with the cloud. Instantly makes you want to nap. The cover seems really heavy duty and it is washable so that's nice.
Secondly, the folks in the store/showroom that I visited were fantastic. Very friendly and not at all pushy. Showed my wife and I how everything worked and let us know what kind of specials they had at the time. We went back the next morning and purchased from them. They were helpful through the whole process of purchasing and loading it into the car.
Just got a new couch so I wasn't interested in the Sactional couch, but I will for sure consider it next time!

The gentleman who helped me was very kind and knowledgeable with the products. He focused on me until the whole process was done and I never felt rushed. I bought a pillowsac which I feel hands down is the best piece you have. I had a hard time justifying the price but decided to go for it with the lifetime warranty. I am very pleased with the purchase.

This store has given me one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. The man I spoke with today was extremely helpful and friendly! I will certainly be buying a Lovesac after the experience. I absolutely recommend stoping by (currently by appointment only) if you're curious about Lovesac.

We showed up 10 minutes before the store was going to close. The manager let us in, and stayed over to allow us to make the purchases that we wanted. He was super nice, took the time to explain and answer all of our crazy questions. One of the best experiences from a store in a long time!

i walked into the store and was so blown away by Tate. He was so awesome!! He was very knowledgeable about the product, he explained it so well, how the product came apart, how it was machine washable how to add more pieces when you wanted and how durable the product was. i was very impressed by this guy who knew the product and was so professional in his ability to get the message across about this very cool product that i had never heard about but was very excited about due to Tate's excitement of the product.
