I had a wonderful experience with Sally and Margaret! They listened to my ideas and kept me in the budget I had set for the project, while at the same time, finding perfect choices in both hard wood and carpet. The installation team was very careful throughout the process. Our new floor is wrapped up nice and neat as we finish the rest of the build. I will be a lifelong customer for sure!

Very, very pleased with our JP Flooring sales agent, Cathy Schiferl. A perfect blend of experience, knowledge, and personal skills. She skillfully extracted our specifications (look, application, budget, etc...) and proceeded to search for customer satisfaction. Cathy answered our questions on the spot or did the research to provide in a timely manner. Everything just flowed so smoothly throughout the process in selecting our carpet. Cathy's personal skills were exceptional. She was calm, patient, inquisitive, friendly and truly concerned with meeting our goals and satisfaction. We replaced hardwood floors throughout a high-traffic area of our house. The JP Flooring team made the entire purchasing process easy- everything from the estimate to the final schedule happened as planned. And I would love to give a special shout-out to our install team. They showed up on time and completed the entire project in one day (pulling out old wood floors, installing new and cleaning everything). Since this was a high-traffic area, including our kitchen, it was so nice to have the job completed in one day so we could get back to normal life quicker. And, the floors look amazing!

I recently used JP Flooring and couldn't be happier with my experience. From start to finish, the customer service I received from Jennifer, Evelyn, and the Technician was excellent - prompt, courteous, and attentive to my needs.

The flooring in our newly built home was damaged by a third-party delivery, ruining the flooring in multiple rooms. JP Flooring originally installed the flooring, so we contacted them to fix the damage. The professionalism demonstrated by the gentleman who arrived was truly commendable. Not only did he conduct himself professionally by removing his shoes upon entry, but he also meticulously evaluated the damage and provided a comprehensive quote, essential for filing with the Claims Department.

Throughout the long three-month process of finalizing the claim, Jennifer and Evelyn remained steadfast in their communication, providing unwavering support, and promptly got us on the schedule when we were ready. The technicians reinstalling the flooring were professional and hardworking, ensuring the job was done efficiently and with attention to detail. To top it all off, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a refund, as the job was completed quicker than initially anticipated.

We have been happy with every step of the process. Cathy was great providing information at the showroom, but never making us feel rushed, even though it took us a couple weeks and multiple trips to make a decision.

We bought some carpet remnants + installation. This was a great purchase, the salesperson and installers were very courteous and professional. The carpet is of excellent quality and looks great in our spare bedroom! I strongly recommend JP Flooring!

I wanted to take the time to thank Sally Cook with JP Flooring. She made choosing my selections for my flooring and backsplash fun. I didn't feel pressure to make a selection, she made it seem like she had all day. I left and then came back another day because I changed my mind. She was more than happy to help. She searched high and low to give me all the option for the floor i desired, sending samples to my house just to make sure i was happy with what I selected. She really cared that i was happy, not just to make a sale. Thanks Sally, with all of my heart. I won't go anywhere else to choose my flooring. You will see me again :)

We had ceramic tile and LVT installed. The installation by Eduardo, Josh and Ronnie was professional. They each are true craftsman in their trade. The work was complex with the number of wall angles that needed to be cut around, the addition of quarter round and shoe mold, and the condition of the concrete slab. Brandon handled the logistics of scheduling the work and making sure that they had everything needed to be efficient. Jason was spot on with the quantity take-off. We couldn’t be more pleased with the end result.

Everyone from sales to scheduling to customer service to installation were pleasant and professional. The floor product is exactly what we were looking for and the installers were courteous, professional, kind and detail oriented. Our laundry area is now up-to-date and ready for years of continued use. Thank you!

My contractor went through JP flooring & I had some issues with the LVT tile in my bathroom. The representative Jennifer, was very helpful & understanding with the situation & quickly scheduled me. My technician that came out, Jason, did an exceptional job!! He was very friendly & very efficient. He was very knowledgeable & answered all questions I had throughout the whole process. I will definitely be requesting him again if I have any other floor needs!

We contracted with JP flooring to resurface our main floor and steps. Ted the sales rep was very responsive and helpful in helping us define our project, choose material and getting us a quote. I’ll be honest that we had reservations about paying for the project up front in full before the material ever was shipped or installed. We were assured that JP would stand behind their work and complete it to our satisfaction. The installers were very professional, worked efficiently and cleaned up every day. The work was completed on schedule but we had some concerns about the stairs. When we voiced these concerns to the installers they said to give it a few days if we were still not happy, contact JP and they would make it right. We were still not happy with steps so we contacted Stephanie and she stepped up and took ownership over making sure we were happy with the outcome and ALL aspects of the project and assisted coordinating her team and getting us back on the calendar to complete the project. Charlie was great in coming out to the house and talking about alternatives for the steps. The stain crew was able to find a good match to our LVP floor and Dave was able to complete the fix in just one day. Bottom line when JP Flooring says they stand behind their work they do! Even though this took much longer than we expected, our project is now completed and we are very happy with the outcome! Thank you JP Flooring!
