I shared on a quarter of a cow with my in-laws. Entirely raised by a friend of the family. A one per year share to fill all of our freezers. We used to use a different butcher, but Smith Dr a beautiful job. Packaging up all the various cuts or grinds to showcase their skill in cutting and packaging. Haven’t done it since about 2014, but back then I couldn’t have asked for any better service. Highly recommended!
