Comfort Inn & Suites LaGuardia Airport

I had a pretty good stay at Comfort Inn & Suites LaGuardia Airport in Maspeth. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good, and the customer service was outstanding. Overall, a good experience and I would definitely stay here again.

We have been staying at this hotel since it opened. It is very close to family we visit every 1 - 3 years. Always see remodeling or updates every time we visit. Best parts of the hotel: plenty of parking, free breakfast, restroom in lobby, comfy beds and pillows, floor not carpet in rooms, staff helpful and friendly, iced lemon water in lobby, fridge in room was actually cold, bus stop right across the street. When we arrived, fall decorations were up, including beautiful potted flowers out front, then switched to Christmas. Made it feel special.

My mom spent the weekend at your hotel. She loves the location because it so convenient to access the airpot. The room layout was very comfortable and inviting and all the staff seem to be extremely friendly. One staff member stood out from the rest and made her stay extra special. Special thank goes to Ms. Amica, A beautiful lady with such an amazing and energetic personality. She very alert and pays attention to detail. Even noticing when mom left her room with one earring and offering a tissue to remove a bit of smudged lipstick. Ms. Irina also was very friendly, her accent was so cute. Best two faces and personalities to put to great your guest. Amazing

Front desk agents are very friendly and make you feel right at home.
Housekeepers work efficient and great service, very friendly.
Food attendants prepare lovely breakfast and very friendly.
The atmosphere is quiet and clean and its definitely a place to return to again.........
Good job to the Comfort Inn and Suites Hotel. Entire staff and the GM I met has a lovely personality........
They all play a great role in making the hotel a place you never want to leave.

I stayed here with my tour bus, as my group opted to stay in Queens overnight instead of leaving at 2am from upstate for JFK to catch an early morning flight.

I found the room I was assigned to be clean, the staff friendly, and several options to park my bus on-site or nearby.

Will consider staying here again if I'm in the area.

I can’t say enough about this hotel! The price was very reasonable, the double room was immaculately clean, the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, and I’m sure the rest of the staff is as well. We got free shuttle service to the airport which only took a few minutes, and the driver was helpful and friendly. The breakfast wasn’t anything exciting but that’s ok. I thought it was pretty cool staying across from what looks to be a very old cemetery.
I haven’t been this pleased with a hotel stay in a long time. And I work at one!

Always a great place to stay. Get a room on the other side of the cemetery. It's quieter. Great rooms, clean with great staff. Very nice location with easy access to both Manhattan and long Island as well as the airports (including Newark). We visit NYC every summer and this is the place we stay at a week at a time. Highly recommended.

The general manager was very kind, he answered the phone very quickly and wasted no time. We got 4 rooms and each and everyone of the rooms were very nice. The beds were very comfortable for a good nights sleep. The rooms were clean. In NY it is probably one of the most quiet places I've ever been. The housekeepers were nice and easy to talk to. We came from Ohio and whenever we are in town, we are planning to stay here again! I want to say, thank you to the general manager - Mansurjon Nasirov

Front desk is nice and helpful . I had issue with my room keys but it is resolved and they work fine now. I had a comment about my room keys but i deleted it since the problem no more exists , room service is very nice they change my sheets and clean my room everyday also they give me fresh towels i came from work everyday my room is clean and organize. Thank you !

I, with my son, stayed there August 6-10 Needed some where close to where he was moving too. The staff from reception to housekeeping were all so friendly and professional. Covid per cautions were in place.
I am definitely going back there. And will suggest it to all my family and friends when we go visit my son.

Stayed here for two nights. The hotel was really clean, the staff was very nice, and the location was decent. Also, the hotel has free parking, which is a big deal when staying at a hotel in NYC. Considering that I got a good rate by booking with a third party, the value and comfort was great. No complaints from my end, and I would definitely stay there again.

We came to NY for the Governor's Ball late September. What an excellent stay we had. The staff couldn't have been nicer, the shuttle to and from the subway station was so convenient and the hotel and our room clean and comfortable. If we return to NY, we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

I'm pretty picky--- this place was great! Rooms generous size. CLEAN! Front desk staff Niki and Michael were FANTASTIC! Breakfast was fine (it's free!) And woman was very attentive, kept it full and nice smile! Very kid friendly! Drawback- commercial area with lots of trucks. Nothing to walk to. Hotel offers free shuttle to Subway so you can go anywhere from there! ( Left our car in parking lot) We stayed for 4 nights for college visits and drove to Coney Island and Brooklyn, Drove to friends all over Long Island and took subway into Manhattan. Good Location. The rooms were very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. My first time visiting NY without a car, and the staff was very friendly and help me with directions. Very kind and helpful people.

Everything was just so wonderful. The staff was so courteous and helpful. The room was a little cold but it warmed up really nice and cozy. The blankets on the queen size beds were tucked in so tight, they felt like they were nailed or screwed into the bed. And the continental breakfast started off my day to perfection. It truly set the tone for a beautiful day. I highly recommend this particular comfort inn of Maspeth. Can't wait to get back to do it all over again. Wish I had more thumbs to show my honest approval of this place. 👍🏽👍🏽

I stay here fairly often because of my job, and I have to say, this hotel maybe isn't the fanciest, but it is really comfortable!! The front desk is always attentive, the breakfast is always good, the rooms are clean, air and heat always work great, bathrooms are nice, sheets feel like very high quality, plenty of pillows, and the beds are always really comfortable. I stayed at a resort 3 times the price last weekend, and the room didn't begin to compare. Comfort Inn is right off the LIE, so the view isn't going to be gorgeous, but if you need a quiet, comfortable place to stay, don't hesitate!

Beds are so comfortable. Place is quiet. Staff is super friendly. Breakfast hot and even though they don't have bacon, it was still filling. Nice dining area. Microwave and fridge in room. Free shuttle to airport. Will stay here again if I'm in the new York area.

Great location, clean, decor was nice
One of the best hotels I have stayed in especially in NYC. Bonus was the price for the night. Continental breakfasts was great. Good variety. Fats check in and courteous staff. Will stay again.
