Cincinnati Used Auto Sales

I see a lot of 1-star and 5-star reviews, but my experience was great, so I'm wondering how much was the buyer's fault vs. the seller's. Anyway... :)
I looked online for hours/days to find a good "first car" for my teenaged son. We found a nice Ford C-Max at Cincy Used Auto with <100K miles that was in good shape, and Zack was so incredibly kind and patient with us. Could it have been cleaner, sure, but my son loved cleaning it himself when he got home. My only issue is that it didn't come with an "admin key," and I didn't think to ask until after we signed all the paperwork. But the fluids look as they should, brakes probably have 6-12 months on them, and the hybrid battery is under warranty for another 3K miles so, barring any unforeseen issues, I trust that Zack sold us a good car for a fair price, and I really enjoyed working with him. If you go, be sure to ask to pet their sweet dog, Bumper! :)

2 months after purchase my daughter's car had a couple mechanical/electrical issues I was struggling to diagnose. After I called angry as could be, the manager kindly assured me they would take a look at it. Sure enough I took the car out and their mechanic found the issues quickly and took care of us. Hats of to Cincinnati Used Auto Sales, they had no obligation to do what they did. That's what I call a reputable dealer!

Zach went out of his way to get another duplicate title and sent it UPS to make sure it was delivered. I appreciate their customer service.
