The Saratoga City Tavern

I believe the bartender’s name was Eva or Ava, she was absolutely amazing! She was extremely quick considering it was a full bar. I lost my purse that night, and the owner came swiftly to unlock the doors the next morning for me to look for it, no questions asked, and was an extremely understanding guy. Thank you Tavern for a fun filled night!

Great bar with each floor with a variety of music. Ground floor always has a band playing. The top floor is a night club with edm.

The Saratoga City Tavern is one of my best selections I've picked just off of a Bar search on Google maps. Great customer service right off the bat!! The roof top was breath taking and the food had my taste buds going crazy. Try this place out you wont regret it!!!

A great place to go and get some drinks with good friends. Live music on some night on Thursday they have karaoke. This place will always be the first stop to grab a beer while bar hopping in the city. 10 out of 10

Great food in a massive 5 story bar with varied entertainment options. While unfortunately restricted due to covid, they are still doing their best to provide a quality venue with delicious food and well crafted drinks. A great spot to meet up with friends for a pint or a glass of one of your personal favorites.

I rented a floor at the Saratoga City Tavern for a party last week and must say I was impressed. I have been to the tavern many times, but had not really thought of having an event there as well. They did a fantastic job. The food was far better then the normal bar food, service was great and the beer selection was outstanding. They let me hand pick what beers I wanted on tap, and with their selection that was really fun to be able to do. Definitely recommend the City Tavern for not only a good pint, but a great place for a corporate or private event!

Jenna the manager & all of the staff were able to accommodate a large party on short notice. Her team provided excellent service and everyone had a fun night.

This is a really cool idea for a bar. It's nice that there's more than one of the floor so if one forgets too crowded you can move to another, it's also nice that there are different different floors. I don't think I have been up to the fourth floor where the disco party room is. 4:30 is a nice because it's almost just like a living space with a bar. This is where me and my friends enjoyed hanging out the most. Floor one is a normal bar setup and it's nice how they have tables on one half of the floor and then the bar on the other half. I dont actually remember what's on the 2nd floor, but it's a nice set up. I would suggest an elevator, but I guess we all know what happens when drunk people find al elevator... ha.

Been on roof top for a couple of hours and it Been great. Sydney( bartender) was amazing!! Seen on multiple times handle customers!! Very nice .. to be honest whatever there paying her.... is not enough!!! Great job Sydney!!

Best mug club in town. A great selection of craft beer and food paired with 5 floors of fun allow you to build the night you want to have on Caroline street. Been coming here for years and have never had the same night here twice.

Haven't done kereoke in 6yrs it felt Great to be back there the people had such a positive vibe and the HOSTS for kereoke EXCELLENT I BECOME FAMOUSE you'll be my HYPE MAN you REALY know how to get/keep the crowd hype

All I can remember about this place is their live music. Go listen to Padraic Decker if you get the chance, dude is incredible. Rooftop bar was really cool but you couldn't hear the live music that night up there.

Excellent food - portions were huge so come hungry or share.

The chef came out and chatted with us and the service was great.

Great place - had a private event in their upstairs room which was beautiful. The crowd there is hit or miss but they post bouncers for private events and fully staff your event as well - all my wishes were met and guests all commented on how great of a venue it was.

Very few places around the Capital Region have the variety and quality of beer that Tavern has. Weekday events are often cozy and comfortable, while weekends are packed with a line out the door.

I love this bar. There are four inside floors with legit stuff to do on each one depending on what you like. There is also a roof top floor for you that like to get a great view of downtown saratoga. If you live in the area become a mugger! It's a great way to get deals on your favorite beer and rewards for your loyality. The owners are amazing and the bartenders and waiters/waitresses are on point with great service. I have yet to have a bad day at this tavern and its great place to meet people. If you are just visiting the area become a mugger for the hell of it or just enjoy what great atmosphere this place has to offer. On top of that their food is amazing, especially the pizzas! They have events on the different floors depending on the day of the week. My personal favorite.... Bingo on the 1st floor every Monday! This is a great place to stop by and have a great time! What a haven for delicious, fresh beer. Clean lines every other week and some of the best craft beer offerings in the upstate area. Food is good too! Become a mugger and live in infamy!

Stopped in for a beer while visiting Saratoga, the bar tender was incredible. Beer choices were amazing. Friendly environment.
