Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Amazing food, always hot, fresh, and delicious! I am a big Freddy's fan, I love their frozen custard, their burgers, their fries, and of course, the fry sauce. This location has always been fast and high quality. The burgers are a great size and I think you get a good value on the fries in terms of amount and taste. Definitely visit this location.

During my quick visit to Freddy’s, I was not only impressed by Alex's exceptional service but also by the overall cleanliness of the store. I love the atmosphere, it makes good food more enjoyable. The Manager Phillip, made my family feel welcome. He cut up and laughed with us. They forgot our onions and he brought them personally to us. Your location is welcoming and centrally located, we love it!

In a world of degradation of service, today was an exception when I met Alex at the drive thru. Immediately, I was struck by the personal and friendly voice. He ensured my order was correct and also made sure I wanted the various things that come on the sandwich. At the window, he was even more welcoming and also recognized his coworker Savanna. They were a great team. Of course, the food was great as always too. Well done Freddy’s!

Today we ordered dine in and we were served by Brittany. She was so sweet and caring and checked on us at the table to take our trash and see if we needed anything else. She was so polite to us and our 3 children. She deserves super recognition for how wonderful she is. We look forward to coming back to eat here and hope she is the one at the front counter.

Alex at the drive thru made our night! Literally the best drive thru experience I've ever had! The food was hot and delicious and service was fast!

The food was great! They made my burger perfect it wasn't over seasoned and the service was amazing, Jasmine was the girl that helped me and she was so helpful in finding out a suggestion on what custard to get which was an amazing choice!

The service here was amazing!! Alex, Savvanah, and Amber created a wonderful atmosphere and provided very speedy and efficient service. The food was very tasty as well I would definitely recommend to all my friends!

Was really good. Had never been there before. Place was clean, people were nice, not too busy either. Cheese curds are to die for.

We have enjoyed the #1 Freddy's Original Double (w/extra pickles) several times now and its really good. We also tried the #5 Original Double Patty Melt, wow very good with the grilled onions & swiss cheese.

First time trying the original cheeseburger, we will try again.

It was such a good experience , very clean and very nice staff. Amber, Alex, and Savanah were the sweetest ever. 10/10 recommend will be back.

I’m from out of town and I showed up here after a Reds game 4 minutes before they closed expecting to be turned down. To my surprise the manager and crew were incredibly nice, food was fresh and delicious, and never once felt rushed by the staff to get out of there. One of the best fast food experiences I can remember in my 30 years

The food is always good. The service is much better than Steak N Shake around here.
The mens restroom is always clean, and smell decent. One of the best steak burger in Milford OH. And the fries.. OMG, they're so delish. I rather eat here than Burger King, or Arbys. And Hawaiian Delight Sundae is my fave (see picture).

If you don't eat pork but love hotdogs, this is the place to get them! They toast the bread and it's so good! I get mine with jalapeños and onion with mustard. The fries are seasoned just right, and they have fry dipping sauce that is so good. The sweet tea is amazing.

The pepole are very nice. The dinning room is very clean. The food is very good. The Freddy sauce is the best.
