Not sure what’s going on with service at Easton but every time I come to this Pottery Barn *the employees are friendly and welcoming* vs the borderline hostile and weird attitudes I’ve gotten at similar stores.

I haven't dealt with any sales associate but I did order an over-the-toilet ladder for bathroom storage. I received it quite quickly and was very pleased. It is very sturdy and very well made. I absolutely love it, it is super cute and am thrilled it worked out! I would recommend it in a heartbeat.

Furniture shopping can be frustrating, but the staff here make it enjoyable.
Knowledgeable, non pressure and honest.
The store itself is amazing and has great items. We bought a great couch here.
