Vineyard Villas

We had such a great time at the Vineyard Villas! A large group of our friends got together, and each couple rented their own cabin for a long weekend. We organized a bus to visit some of the local vineyards, hiked to a waterfall, enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the restaurant on the premises and even danced the night away at their first-ever karaoke night in the bar upstairs. The cabins are well maintained and well stocked, and you just can't beat the views from their balconies! We also couldn't get enough of the enormous fire pit where we would congregate every night. Would recommend and hope to visit again!

We had a great stay in our Villa! It was our own private retreat with beautiful views of the lake! We enjoyed the surrounding wineries, waterfalls and iconic Seneca Falls! We jade a great dinner at the restaurant on site, Hector’s Hideaway! It’s a Wonderful Life!!!! We will definitely be back!

We rented the three bedroom house ( second floor) unbelievable covered porch with fantastic views of Lake Seneca. We lived on the porch. Clear glass railings allowed an unencumbered view. Perfect for six: two baths, modern kitchen. Need to climb two sets of stairs ( not a full set but not accessible for a person with mobility issues.
Lots of places to sit. very good restaurant just above the house, fantastic mixed drinks , food casual but a cut above ordinary burgers. Same fantastic views also covered porch.

We had a wonderful experience with Vineyard Villas! The house we stayed at was gorgeous on the inside and on the outside had a beautiful view! The host was beyond accommodating and answered all of my questions throughout planning my sisters bachelorette party. The new restaurant (Hector's Hideaway) was a quick walk from where we were staying and they had fantastic signature cocktails! It is a prime location to Watkins Glenn downtown area, hiking trail, and Seneca Lake wineries! I highly recommend booking through them for a weekend in the Finger Lakes you will not forget!

We loved our stay at Vineyard Villas! The one bedroom villa was perfect for two people. The kitchen was great, so we didn't need to go out for every meal. The views from the deck and balcony are just beautiful. It was close to many wineries, and a local town (7 miles away) called Watkins Glen with restaurants, shops and the Seneca Pier. This place was the perfect getaway, and we can't wait to come back!

The 3 of us spent 2 nights in Villa G in Early april. Although it was early in the season we found the Villa to be a great place to stay. With 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and a spectacular view, you can't go wrong. We enjoy the peace and quiet, had an early season fire in the pit and had the whole property to ourselves! The Villa is well equipped and extremely comfortable. It looks like they are expanding and we look forward to seeing what they add!

Really great view. The fire pits and chairs were fun in the evening. There was $5 wood just in the parking area. The rooms were clean and had just what we needed. Perfect for two people. Nice that we could bring our pet as well! Convenient location to town. Check in and out process was super easy and contactless.

First time here, and what a great spot! The view alone is a beautiful reason to stay here. Along with the fire pits and grill (which we didn’t use this trip), would make for a perfect FLX evening. The villa itself was spacious for the two of us and VERY well furnished (extra blankets, pots/pans, dishes, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and much more!)
There was another gorgeous view from the deck on the top floor, and even a little sitting area in the bedroom. I also appreciated the local handmade soap that was in the bathroom! Love to see local collaboration! We will definitely be visiting again soon!

Beautiful location for summer trips, lots to do around this area.

We are a family of four (two kids) lived in Vineyard Villas Villa F for two days, We really enjoyed everything of the Villa and cannot wait to come back for next Figure Lake gateway. the house is very clean and comfortable, the view is fabulous, the location is super, Villa provides Grill, Fire Pit, Games. We would strongly recommend Vineyard Villa if you visit Figure Lake!!

Beautiful villa, relaxing view in an excellent location! Brought our pup which made life much easier and he lived exploring the property. Two balconies to enjoy Seneca Lake but still very private. Downstairs bathroom is a bit of a pain with the turning stairs from the bedroom down but otherwise very comfortable. Had a fire at sunset, wood is provided. Picked grapes on the property during our stay, definite bonus. Will certainly be back!

The Vineyard Villas is an absolute gem in the Finger Lakes! I was looking for a place to bring my aunts, and my planning started during COVID-19 times. The website was easy to manage, and the process to reserve and select lodging was super simple.

They have three sizes of Villa to choose from, and we selected the style with two bedrooms and bathrooms. The entire set-up was easy access, especially for two older persons. Clean and well-kept, the Villas have your basic amenities and enough space to spread out and not feel cramped. They offer a stove top, fridge, and a modest selection of pots, pans, glasses, cutlery, and dishes.

The scenery is phenomenal! You have a great view across Seneca Lake, with two ponds anchoring a view of vineyards on three sides. It is conveniently located up the hill from Atwater Winery, Two Goats Brewing, Grist Iron Brewing, and minutes away from everyplace else in the FLX.

A big bonus: it's an absolute value for all you get packed into such a nice setup!

The cottage we stayed in was the 2 bedroom. We went with our good friends and their kids.
The cottage had plenty of space for us and our kids. It was very clean and well maintained. Each cottage had its own firepit, so we were able to sit and enjoy a nice fire with our family and friends.
There were plenty of places to go and eat all with in close proximity. We even ordered one night and they delivered right to the cottage.
I would highly recommend a the Vineyard Villas if you want to have a nice relaxing trip with a million dollar view!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Incredible location, right in the heart of the wineries. Amazing view of the lake. The cabin was nice, perfect for 2 people. Liked that there was both a porch and then a 2nd floor balcony as well. I could see this being absolutely perfect in the summer months, when you can sit outside, grill, use your own personal fire pit, etc.

I stayed here for my anniversary to visit the finger lakes and have no complaints. Check in and out is as easy as come and go as they leave the key in your villa for you. We arrived early and they were very accommodating. Great local wineries and breweries.

Gorgeous, cozy cottage with everything you need to enjoy a weekend away within only a few miles. The location is beautiful and located less than 5 minutes from several wineries, a distillery and a gastropub. The grounds are scenic and the lake and it's surrounding foliage can be seen from the porch and balcony. We stayed with our dog and the grounds were ideal for walks. The house was clean and comfortable with several amenities (including heated bathroom floors, AC/zoned heating) which made the stay even more cozy.

Had a great stay. The villa was extremely clean and had no issues with checking in and out. Each villa comes with a fire pit and provided wood. Overall great and would stay again! Also, close to great wineries and breweries on the lake!

Great view and lots of places to enjoy it. Everything was clean. We enjoyed the fire pits both nights. Didn't need any ac in July (although they have ac), just enjoyed the breezes through the windows. Note that the six villas are paired up and each pair shares parking, a great grill, and fire pit.
