A military move to Ohio left us needing plenty of new furniture for a mid century modern ranch home and West Elm came through for us. Several associates worked with us to sort colors, materials, and styles that matched and made sense together (thanks Ashley, Jessica & Zoe!). The manager worked as much sales/discount magic as possible and talked us through the advantages of opening credit with them for a limited time 20% rewards deal (usually 10%) so we'll be earning a fantastic leather chair as our reward for the living room, dining room & bedroom furniture (thank you Tammy!).

I can recommend this store without hesitation and we'll most certainly be back again soon as we set up our new home.

I had a lot of questions and they were very kind and helpful and personable! The last time I came in I asked all about several items in the store as I wanted the proper names since I’d be ordering online and just wanted to see physical measurements and the young gentlemen was very accommodating to assist me without any sign of attitude or frustration you sometimes get these days. It was refreshing to see someone still welcoming and patient in a customer service setting. Commission based or not I enjoyed his demeanor and feel bad I didn’t get his name. Blondish brown hair. Very good at his job!

I cannot express how helpful the two associates I've dealt with at this location have been! I came in a few months ago, interested in the Harmony sofa, and Daniela spent so much time with me, pulling fabrics from the back and helping me decide on the specifics. Fast forward a few months; I call the store ready to order my sofa, and looking for Daniela so it could count towards her sales goals. Well, she's on vacation but Jill was very happy to step in and pick up where Daniela and I left off. She too spent a lot of time with me, helping me decide on another fabric since the one I chose was out of stock. Since I wasn't in store, she pulled fabric samples to drape over the couch, texted me pics, and discussed delivery logistics. She really went above and beyond even though this was technically Daniela's sale and she would put it through under Daniela. If you're looking for a personal touch when deciding on pricey furniture and decor, I can vouch for these two associates - they're both fantastic!

Mine and my husband's experience here was great. There were nice options to choose from but what helped was the person who helped us out, Ashley. She was amazing and went above and beyond to help us find what we needed. After months and months of trying to find a chair that fit our needs, Ashley was able to direct us to what would be best and that was what we went with. Now that we have the chair, we've completed the room we were working on, so this experience really helped us feel better and took a weight off our shoulder.

I ordered a lift coffee table from this location and was a bit nervous after seeing these reviews. But am happy to report I ordered the piece on Sunday and it arrived 2 days later, even though I was told 2-3 weeks! I did in store pick up vs. having it delivered to save money, and had mininal assembly once I got it home. Easy to put the legs on and arrived in great condition. Super happy with it. I also felt the associate who assisted me was really helpful. Of course it is pricey because you are paying in part for the name, but I felt it was really great quality.

I've purchased furniture from West Elm twice and have received exemplary customer service each time I have visited. Most recently, I almost purchased a bed off of the site. I called the store 30 minutes before closing to see if they had it in stock instead of waiting for a delivery. Emily took our order, helped us figure out exactly what we needed and how to utilize our coupon code that we couldn't figure out online. I would not hesitate to purchase furniture from West Elm.

My husband and I were looking for a new bed from west Elm. I didn’t want to pay the $199 shipping fee and wait so long, so I went in the store and the female associate was so helpful. She looked up in their system and found out that they had in their stock room. Saved me $200. Then today I went in to get a duvet cover I wanted, it was out of stock but the sales associate( blonde female manager, I didn’t catch her name) helped order me one online. They were busy but I didn’t feel like I was being ignored at all. So helpful and so nice!!! I will be back!!

My husband and I have purchased & ordered from the easton store several times and have always had pretty good experiences, but our service tonight was probably one of the best customer service experiences we’ve encountered! We came in previously to order some dining room chairs & found out that they are backordered until October, but the associate who helped us, Lauren, called over 6 other regional west elm stores to see if they would be able to transfer these particular chairs from their inventory to the Easton store for us to pick up! We are so thankful that she went out of her way to help us make our home a little more complete. She and Caitlin were so nice! We are looking forward to hosting our friends with our new chairs :)

I recently purchased my nursery furniture set and had the best experience with Emily. She was so kind, helpful and offered great service. I can’t wait to get the peices in and start putting together our baby girls room. Thank you so much for your help Emily!

Beautiful store & wonderful staff. I felt like a valued customer. Bryon educated me on styles, color, and textile matching. I walked out of there excited and happy for my newly designed living space! Yay!

Bought some chairs for our kitchen counter area. Lauren was awesome in helping us get the whole thing taken care of. Definitely check them out and if you do, ask for Lauren; she’ll make sure you are taken care of.

The art of home styling is accomplished in this lovely store. I have been in multiple West Elm locations including the home office/flagship store in Brooklyn. This store, driven with excellence in store management, is on point with the the mission of the entire concept. Great job guys!!

This staff is the best! I love how helpful the team is in making suggestions for my space. I also love that I can just make an appointment and have dedicated time with a team members when it’s convenient for me.

The furniture looks super nice. I've never bought anything here, just looked around, but it seems kind of overpriced for what it is. I could definitely find better for cheaper.

We have been working with West Elm over the last few months as we have re-done our living room. Brian at this location was fabulous to work with and really brought our ideas to life and was super sweet! Definitely recommend!!

Manager was helpful and very insightful for our furniture purchase. While not all the furniture was exactly what we wanted, he helped us in choosing what we did like.

I just received my sofa bed, I'm it's so beautiful, thank you to Bryon Bee who was wonderful helping me with the purchased and shipping it to Houston TX just in time for my family arrive.

Great vibe in there really ALL you can eat and a great amount of options when in comes to the (salad bar) which has way more than just salad seafood, cheeses, ect. And amazing options when it comes to their meats they come around and serve as well
