Amazing friendly Atmosphere. On top of everything. In our time of need they had open arms and the staff is amazing. I can not say enough about this hotel and all they have done for us in our darkest hours. Because of what happened in our situation we have been here almost 3 months. Soo they have seen us go thru alot and did there best to keep us upbeat and smiling. I recommend putting your family in there hands. They care and it shows. Thank you to all staff members here at the Hamptons for all you have done for us you have made a deep impact in our lives. You all are a blessing

The employee that was working on Friday, November 3, 2023, was absolutely wonderful! Something went wrong with my reservation I made thru Priceline and she was so helpful with my situation. She couldn't find my reservation because the third party app I used had yet to communicate with the hotel. I had been driving for a long time and was ready to just rest. She made my daughter and I feel comfortable enough to make the right calls to get it fixed. She was so pleasant and apologetic, even tho she didn't do anything wrong. She was by herself and things kept happening. She was very professional while answering the phones and trying to help me, at the same time. The room was comfortable and accommodated all of our needs. The service was excellent! She deserves a promotion!

Would 100% stay here again. Everything was clean and comfortable. Wonderful staff. Great location. Ambient noise was not distracting despite proximity to the highway. Great destination overall.

Ashley greeted us with water and a snack pack. Room was great, very comfortable. Hot breakfast was delicious. Very nice staff.

Great stay, clean room. Used digital key and app to check in so we didn't have to stop by the front desk. Massive desk in room. Great breakfast as well.

Great 1 night stay. Michelle was so friendly and welcoming at checkin. She was kind enough to store something in the freezer for me and helped us out with extra pillows too. Hotel was very clean and appeared updated. Bed was comfy, bathroom clean and fresh. Breakfast - Wendy exceeded expectations … the whole breakfast area was kept super clean and stocked and after I asked about ingredients on the sausage, Wendy noticed I didn’t take any and offered me turkey sausage which I gladly accepted…it really made the start of my day!

Stayed here while driving cross country. Super friendly staff (shout out to Autumn and Julian!!) and room was clean and quiet. Breakfast the next morning was just right- they have many choices. Try a bowl of hot oatmeal with almonds, raisins and top with yogurt! So. Good.

Easy access to the highway and our family really enjoyed the pool. Took the advice of another commenter was to pick an even room to face the back of the hotel. We stayed here for a short trip to the Wilds.

very nice hotel located in kinda the middle of nowhere but perfect to stay at for a softball tournament 😊 did hear front desk talking negatively about me though. not appreciated. everything else great! they’ve got a waffle maker

We were reluctant because of some rooms being older and not updated but this place was by far cleaner than most of the Hampton inns we stay at including the updated/remodels very CLEAN and the staff was great. We were going to stay at the zanesville loc. but they were getting new mattresses that day and didn’t have the room the app said they had so we left and were happy to end up here. We highly recommend this particular location.

Bryce was very helpful looking for rooms for us and helped us get checked in when we really needed a room! Thank you again!

We didn’t stay here, but we stopped to use the restrooms. Staff was really nice. Definitely a high quality, clean, and well maintained hotel. I’d highly recommend staying here.

Excellent service and clean and awesome room. Smelled great.

Excellent staff who knew to recommend local businesses. Showerhead was high enough that i didn't have to bend. Room wasn't humid like a lot of hotels. Breakfast had sausage gravy that day rather than the sauage links or bacon i prefer.

What a fantastic experience! Sharon and Crystal made it so great! Gave us tips on restaurants and things to do! These ladies are awesome! Have already recommended to family and friends and we are still here! Every employee here seems to love their job and are really engaged! Breakfast was delicious! We will be back!

Hotel was very clean and staff was pleasant and helpful. The kids and I loved the hot breakfast with 2 varieties of waffles, eggs and sausage. Pool area was clean as well. We will definitely try to stay here again when visiting the area.

I was blown away by the cleanliness of the hotel as well as the friendliness of the staff. Every single staff member, (from housekeeping to the front desk), was so accommodating, friendly, and professional. We were with a large group and every time the topic of the hotel came up, everyone talked about the cleanliness and the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Friends of ours that stayed at a different hotel a little closer to the venue did not have the same compliments to give to their hotel. Next time there is an event in the area we will 100% be staying at this location again. Because I can not remember all of their names, I do not want to exclude any hotel staff members. But every staff member working during our stay was perfect!
Also the coffee and breakfast was delicious! I seriously have zero complaints.
