ProNails Saratoga

I love this salon! Everybody is very friendly and the salon itself is very clean and well kept. The techs are always having conversations with their clients, which is a big plus for me as I like to get to know the person who is working on my nails. I have always been self-conscious of my nails as I have a lot of anxiety and typically take it out on my poor cuticles and the surrounding area of my nail, but Tiffany makes me feel comfortable and safe in the space she creates. Attached are a couple of photos of the nails I've gotten done by Tiffany. She's amazing and takes so much care trying to create your vision of what you want. Love her!!

Ok, so I came on here to book another appointment but NEEDED to leave a review. I rarely write reviews unless I've had an exceptional experience. I DID! The entire staff was so friendly, made me feel very comfortable, and Tiffany who did my nails was next level AMAZING. My nails turned out better than I've ever gotten them done elsewhere. She did a medium length square tip, French with light pink and they turned out better than I could have imagined. I don't know what superhero strength supplies they use but they're also by far the strongest nails I've ever had. I have moved, including tearing open boxes, unpacking, installing furniture, etc, I have gardened, I have cooked, I have cleaned, I have done everything under the sun and not-with-care, I am a habitual picker, and yet my nails are still perfect. I did finally break one off but only because I pinched it in my washing machine door. Otherwise, they're all in excellent shape still. For nails to last almost 3 weeks, probably more (I'd guess if I cared better for them, they'd last a month or more), makes me very happy. My pedicure also lasted far longer than I expected, but I walk barefoot everywhere and was at the lake swimming/hiking/camping all week so they need a refresh. But still, very impressed. I will literally be telling everyone to go here and I will never go anywhere else! SUPER happy customer! Thank you ProNails!

Tracy was suggested to me by a friend and wow, she's so professional and very affordable. I asked for a very specific Disney design.The detail on my nails were spot on to the photo I showed her. The salon was very clean. The appointment went quicker then I ever expected. I will definitely be back to Tracy specifically she's a true nail artist.

I have been going to Pro nails for years. I have found that they listen to what you want and my nails always look beautiful. The staff is friendly and courteous.

I LOVE ProNails Saratoga! They are wonderful, professional, kind, and incredibly skilled. I am not a high maintenance person yet have come to love and look forward to having my nails done every other week. Tina and Tan rock!

Pronails is absolutely amazing! They are fantastic with Mani and pedis. I get ANC as well and i couldn't be happier every time i go in there. There is nothing Tracey can't do. If you want your nails to look better than anyone else you better go to Pronails. Every nail tech in there is wonderful and so nice. I send everyone i know to them. If i could give them 10 stars i would!

I’ve been seeing Kate for gel manicures, she does a great job. Everyone who works there is always friendly and pleasant. Greet color choices too.

Atmosphere is lovely…not too noisy as many nail salons are.

I wish I could reply to the negative review posted by Julia. I have been going to Pro Nails for about 5+ years now. I moved to the Albany area and STILL drive to this salon! Tracey is absolutely amazing at what she does and is very professional, there’s a reason they have 4 stars! I was in the salon the day the group of girls came in & saw how they were trying to start problems, because of something with her nails that couldn’t be done. They were being rude and obnoxious when being explained to. I had an appointment and I patiently waited until Tracey was done with the WALK-IN clients nails to start mine. I have NEVER in the years that I’ve been going there have witnessed ANYONE that works there be rude to anyone. I will continue to support this business & send people to them because I truly haven’t ever found a nail salon that compares to them!

Highly recommend! I absolutely love getting my nails done here! I go to Tan every single time & he always does my nails perfectly! If he doesn't like they way one comes out he redoes it to make sure its right! I would gladly have someone take their time and make sure my nail shapes are even then someone rushing through it like some other nail salons I've been to. Everyone is so friendly & professional I won't go to another nail salon!

Love it here! Always hard to find a great nail salon so happy I found one! Great staff, awesome atmosphere and all around perfect place. Tracey is amazing and always kills it with my nails I am always happy leaving and the designs are great! If you don't go you are missing out! Get in there I promise you won't be upset!!

Hands down my absolute favorite place to go to get my nails done. Before going to pro nails I always had issues with nail salons. Tracey is always so accommodating with getting me in for an appointment with my schedule. Very clean and enjoyable environment, I highly recommend pro nails! Always a good experience and walk out happy with my nails!

They have an abundance of colors and can personalize them to exactly what you are looking for. Manicures, pedicures you name it, they are the best! I will never go anywhere else!
