Colonie appliance, Mark and staff helped me keep my sanity.

We needed our new Whirlpool microwave under manufacturer warranty repaired.

Mark was amazing. He kept at it until it was fixed. Thank you all. My husband and I truly appreciate what you all do.

Twice now Mark has come out to fix our Whirlpool range for us. The first was to fix our broiler a few years ago after the gas company who installed it cracked one of our fittings and even came back to check it and told us nothing was wrong with it. This time our oven had an error code that wouldn't let us use it at all. He replaced one of the control panels and it is working great again, thank goodness because it is only 4 years old and was an expensive range. We are not impressed with the quality of our Whirlpool but we would not hesitate to call Colonie Appliance Service Center again if we ever need other appliance repairs. Mark was very friendly, always came at the very beginning of the time range we were given and has saved our range twice now!

Not Happy, all our washer needed was a 35 dollar pressure switch and he installed a whole control unit, then said it needed a pressure switch, instead of doing the right thing and not charging us for control board, we paid 535 dollars for a 35 dollar pressure switch.
