The UPS Store

after having several bad experiences at multiple local UPS stores this one was able to help me the best. they are open later then most other branches and the staff there is always super helpful. whether its needs for lamination to explaining different shipping options and transparency of services. i was in and out in no time and felt satisfied with the service after and extremely frustrating night for me with two other locations.

Each time I’ve been to this location I’ve had a good experience (for over 4 years).They handle all my shipping needs with ease. Which has been especially important during the months of Covid and every holiday season. Keep up the great work.

I've only had positive experiences here, whether it's dropping off something I've pre-packaged, having something boxed and shipped or picking up packages that are waiting for me. I can't believe some of the other reviews as I've never had any interactions with a rude employee, whether the store is jammed or things are at a lull the employees here have always been super courteous. I usually deal with a petite lady or a tall gentleman who's name has slipped my mind but starts with a "J" and both are exceedingly polite.

Great service! I had two Zappos boxes and didn’t know which was which. The gentleman was great, opened the box and confirmed to avoid issue. Super friendly too! Thanks UPS

For N. Greenbush store 5323, Employee 187998. I always go to this UPS store and have a great customer service, everyone’s very friendly and helping. Recent experience with employee 187998(According to receipt) was great, again very friendly and very patient. Usually people would get annoyed with all the extra wait time and if the questions are repeated or don’t speak english fluently (like my dad) but he treated him kindly and patiently, wonderful customer service. Appreciate it.

I had a damaged package that UPS Corporate denied to pay for, and the staff at this location fought for me and got corporate to do the right thing and pay my claim. I also go in often to use their other services, and the staff is always friendly and professional and very helpful. Could not ask for better service in my opinion.

These guys are always friendly and try to get you in and out. Good location though parking is not great. Overall 5 stars because the people here are so helpful here.
