Our wedding cake from Indulgence was nothing short of spectacular! It was exactly what we had envisioned when we first met with Alex. Working with Alex and Indulgence Bakery was an absolute pleasure. They took the time to understand our vision and preferences, and they flawlessly brought it to life. I sent a few pictures of what we had imagined and it was perfect. Not only was the cake stunning, but it was also incredibly delicious. As the "big kids" we are, we opted for funfetti cake with cream cheese frosting and a strawberry preserve filling. Telling my mom this, she wasn't too sure. But, once she tasted it (and the rest of our guests) they loved it! We are immensely grateful to Indulgence Bakery for their exceptional talent and professionalism. They played a pivotal role in making our wedding day truly unforgettable. Thank you so much, Alex, for our wonderful wedding cake and cupcakes that tasted amazing! Lemon cake with lemon icing and two fillings: lemon curd and raspberry- was perfectly light and bright, and was quickly devoured by our guests. As were both kinds of decadent chocolate cupcakes with peanut butter mouse or raspberry filling. She also made by coconut carrot birthday cake with cream cheese frosting - so good!! Alex was easy and fun to work with had creative ideas, and made deliveries smooth so I had nothing to worry about. Thank you for adding a sweet note to our big weekend!

I recently placed an order for cookies with our company logo on them for an event we were having. Alex did such a fantastic job with them. The logo looked perfect, and the cookies were absolutely delicious! They were a hit for sure!
Alex was wonderful when I went to pick the order up. She was friendly and professional. Jourdan, who works with Alex was so wonderful as well to work with through the ordering process. It was very easy to place the order and Jourdan was wonderful about making sure they knew exactly what we needed. Highly recommend working with Alex and Jourdan...I definitely will be again in the future!

My husband and I decided to have a small wedding cake just a few months out from our wedding, and reached out to Alex. Despite this decision being made a bit late in the wedding planning process, Alex was so willing and eager to help.

Communication was so easy when we got on a call to talk about the cake. I think it took 2 minutes, because she listened and quickly knew exactly what I wanted. And she did, as proved on our wedding day! The cake came out exactly as we’d pictured, and of course, was as delicious as we remembered.

All that to say that we would absolutely recommend Alex, and will definitely be back for more treats in the future!

Alex made a beautiful, and delicious chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling and mocha buttercream frosting for my husband's retirement celebration.
My husband is looking forward to having more time to hike, fish, and explore the outdoors. So, I asked Alex to decorate the cake to reflect mountains; and, she made beautifully decorated sugar cookies to reflect that theme as well. And, we also added some vanilla cupcakes with her amazing strawberry frosting. All the desserts were a huge hit! And, they added so much to our celebration. What was truly amazing was that all of the bakery items were as tasty as they were beautiful. Sometimes you get baked items that look great but have little taste, or are too sweet. That was not the case with our items! Thank you Jourdan for your amazing and prompt communications. And, thank you Alex for sharing your talent with us! Your work really helped make our celebration look and taste special!

I have patronized Indulgence Bakery 4-5 times now for custom orders and I keep coming back! The cakes are beautiful and come with so many great flavor options that it’s difficult to choose. I’ve also ordered lots of custom cookies to give as gifts, always with rave reviews. Alex doesn’t miss!

We had a beyond excellent experience! Alex was so responsive and made sure everything was perfect beginning to end. The tasting box for the cake was so cute and helped us decide on the perfect combinations. The cake and icing are some of the best I have had and am so lucky we found Indulgence Bakery for our wedding! We also had the decorated sugar cookies for our wedding weekend and the designs, taste and overall experience with that was beyond great as well. Everyone loved them! Everything was done on time and always had full confidence in the end result. We saved pieces for our 1-year anniversary and so excited to eat it all over again! I can’t recommend Indulgence Bakery enough! Every cake for my kid’s birthday party has been amazing! They also taste amazing as well!

2nd year I have ordered birthday treats for our son who is attending Skidmore College. The quality and care is extraordinary. This year they are using DoorDash to deliver if you order online and we had a major snafu with DoorDash. When contacted the next day, the owner and staff of Indulgence Bakery went out of their way to make things right for us. For any future bakery needs I will only go to the folks at Indulgence.

Dream cake achieved! Alex and her team were amazing to work with, they were quick to respond to a last minute request for my birthday cake and are always so kind. We ordered the vanilla buttercream frosting and confetti cake. It was so delicious and we will be ordering again! We also love stopping by their shop for baked goods when we’re downtown. 😊
