We had a great visit and Ben and Jerry’s! The staff was great assisting us in the choice of ice cream we decided on, he was very personable and had a fun personality. The chocolate PB chunk was amazing!! Outdoor seating was great too! 👏🏼

Absolutely loved this place! It was my husbands first time getting Ben & Jerry's because we live in Schenectady and we don't have one close by sadly but it was an amazing experience! Great customer service, delicious ice cream and great customer service. We were in and out in no time! A little expensive but absolutely worth it in the end! We will be back for sure!

1st time to ben Jerry it was great , My favourite flavour of all time is the Justice remixed I wish they would have more of that ice cream available I always try to stop in when I'm drive by one

Everytime we come up to Saratoga, we always come here. The staff is nice and the location is so relaxing. I love sitting on the moving swing!

Went to Ben and Jerry's on 3/12. My son dropped his ice cream cone on the floor. The young man on duty, replaced it free of charge, and was so nice about it. Great staff!

Fun experience for kids having their ice cream mixed right in front of them! Staff is so entertaining and took his time to get our kids’ orders. Highly recommended and will definitely be back here again.

Stopped by Easter evening with my family! Yummy ice cream, quickly served and assisted by a very polite mature blond haired boy who helped us with our decisions! All in all, a well run establishment!!

Always a special treat after taking kids to dinner. Historic too. The oldest Been and Jerry's in the world! Was first of the franchise chain.

Love what the company does as a whole and this location stands to meet that level of excellence. The staff handles the track season in Saratoga Springs very well and stays cranking out the ice cream. Even during the off season, they meet and exceed expectations. Not only are they willing to help you find the ice cream right for you, they offer new fun twist and also help you no matter how busy. Always a stopping point when we leave Saratoga after a night and/or dinner.

Our ice cream cart was the perfect surprise for our September 2019 wedding guests! The line moved quickly and everyone enjoyed getting to pick from our six flavor choices. Some went back for seconds! We would highly recommend this crowd-pleaser any time of year.

The ice cream is just the best, of course! But the staff is incredibly nice, patient (so many flavors), and enthusiastic. Ben & Jerry's is always a great stop after lunch or dinner downtown -- but their ice cream cakes are great for special occasions too!

I don't usually eat ice cream, but our local Ben and Jerry's is such a lovely little spot, I stop by from time to time.
The employees are great, very respectful. I have a service dog, so he gets a special treat too. The outdoor seating is plentiful and beautiful. My dog Bailey loves to eat his treat on the swing.

These guys (and girls) are great. My husband and I (and our 5 month old daughter and two dogs) come here often... probably a little more often than we should, but whatever. The ice cream is always really good, everybody is friendly... and holy cow, I just tried one of their cookies for the first time the other day... yummy. One time I asked to buy a little cup of hot fudge for some ice cream I'd just purchased, and they had it to me for free. My ONLY complaint is that the bathroom could really use some maintenance. I'm sure the employees do the best they can; the bathroom itself just needs an update. And, perhaps... a changing table? Too much to ask?

The girls were friendly and sweet and the ice cream was Soo yummy!!!
