Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Osman helped me open up a new checking account in like 15 minutes. I really appreciated all the information he provided me regarding my new account. I do have to say that sometimes the teller line is long and slow but the service is very good.

I went with my mother today and Denisse was such a great help! She was very sweet and able to help my mother, who mainly speaks Spanish, and was very understanding about our situation. I would recommend going with her.

We explained that we are going to use the ATM machine to learn how to deposit checks and cash, if in the event we come after hours when Bank of America is closed. Instead of us figuring it out by ourselves, he made himself available to assist us during this process with step-by-step explanations, making this a fast, easy, and helpful experience!!
