When I walked into the Albany location, I instantly felt comfortable and was greeted by somebody. I was paired up with Tyler, one of the salesman who was extremely friendly and had thoroughly walked me through the different models and features that Mazda has to offer. Tyler was extremely understanding and patient with me, as I had a lot of questions and really wanted to select the model of the car that would suit me and my family the best. Once I was able to narrow down the model that I wanted, Tyler was able to answer all of my questions and also didn’t make me feel like I had to rush to make a decision. After test driving a car and deciding to purchase it, I was given an extremely fair price for my trade-in and the entire purchase experience was smooth and easy! I would like to personally thank the entire Albany location for helping me and providing OUTSTANDING customer service! I would happily recommend anyone looking for a quality car and great service!

I went in with a VERY specific type of car I wanted but no idea WHAT car. Matt was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He was able to find me the PERFECT car. Down to the color and I had my car in less than 2 business days. Frank helped me get better financing and low interest rate, he was transparent with all the details and mindful of credit pulls. He was professional, personable and knew his stuff! Jamil was everything a manager should be, supportive and encouraging. I never felt pressured to buy a car. And their warranty packages are above standard and VERY fairly priced. The establishment itself was very clean, comfortable and every staff member you passed was friendly and offered help. I had shopped around at more than 6 other dealers and without a doubt they were above and beyond my expectations. I will be a customer for life!!! DePaula is my go to Mazda dealer! I cannot thank and recommend these guys enough for all the day. I’ve been a Mazda owner since 2012 and DePaula customer since 2017. It took me 4 months to decide and went with DePaula for my new Mazda CX. My sales guy got to work getting me a CX off the truck, and off I drove. The whole process was pretty smooth. I didn't buy anything I didn't want. The new car was ready, gassed up and looking good. There was no messing with DMV or insurance. This was my third DePaula purchase.

Marc Arvilla was very knowledgeable about the new Mazda 2024 CX30 that I ended up purchasing.
Marc was not pushy with me at all. He gave me plenty of time to make a final decision between all the Awesome colors mazda now has on their New Vehicles. Marc and finance advisor Stephanie Casalla had gone beyond and made this old guy tear up by putting a red ribbon on my new car in Honor of my Birthday.

Honestly a great dealership. I spoke with Todd (forgot his last name) and Stephanie Cassella and they’re great people. They were unbiased, helpful, patient, and not as nosey or rude as other dealers I’ve dealt with. Even though my situation was a bit more complicated because I was buying out of state they never made me feel pressured in anyway and I love my car 😊 Also, despite selling me the car over a month ago, Todd has consistently answered all of my questions and concerns. Couldn’t be happier!

It took me 2 1/2 years of searching for just the right new vehicle to find the gem I was looking for at Depaula Mazda. Bill Varrone, was my sales support through the whole thing and I swear he would have let me test every car on the lot if I asked him. He spent two whole days helping me find the CX that was just right for me. He knew what he was talking about and he was so incredibly polite, thoughtful, and patient. After I bought the car he spent another 3 hours making sure the pickup went well and I was well informed. I hope Depaula gives him a raise to stay there forever because I don’t want to buy a car from anyone else. Frank Santoro deserves a raise too because of his upmost efficiency and humor during the financing which can be a bit stressful with the wrong personality in the room. And my car…. It’s perfect and I’m happy with the price I paid for it. Thank you Depaula!

I had a wonderful experience at DePaula Mazda. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They were happy to take time to answer all of my questions, explain feature differences between models, and accompany me on a guided test drive while helping me to explore the vehicle. I would happily recommend them to friends or family looking to purchase a similar vehicle. I bought the first new 2024 CX-90 that they sold and I simply love it! Todd Brandt went over every feature and even helped me set most of the configuration options to my personal preference.

On a road trip from Kansas and needed a hitch put on my CX9 same or next day. The parts department guy found the part but service couldn't get me in. Parts guy gave me the name of other dealers with the part that fit my road trip route. Was able to find one who could put it in next day, less than an hour away. GREAT customer service!!! A+++++

Everyone at this dealership is friendly and helpful, but I want to especially recommend, Bill Varonne, as a salesperson. The first time I came in he greeted me and offered his help. Bill was always quick to respond, no pressure and very knowledgeable. If you want a Mazda I recommend DePaula.

Superb experience at Depaula Mazda. Jeff Jenkins did not push a vehicle on me, he worked with me and kept in contact with me via phone and email. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and straight to the point, no messing around. Once my certified pre owned vehicle was ready they gave me a call. When I arrived they had the car ins such Pristine condition you could not tell it was used! Jeff gave me a tutorial on the vehicles infoscreen and showed me how all the bells and whistle’s operated. With the help of Frank from the finance department i was able to obtain the best rate. One of the best buying experiences I’ve ever had, I left feeling like family.

Please do yourself a huge favor and read all the positive reviews; and I agree with all! Visiting DePaula was first of three dealerships I planned to visit. Needless to say I loved DePaula at first sight. lol. The facility is easy to find and extremely modern! I met with Todd Brandt and Stephanie C. Todd was extremely patient explaining everything in detail, answered every dumb question I asked. He made this the easiest quickest purchase ever. Please ask for him! Stephanie was so professional, polite. They both made me feel like I was talking with friends NOT sales personnel! These two are truly valuable employees at DePaula!!! 5 stars each!
