I have the best therapist he is so great wouldn't trade him

I have the BEST therapist!!💓💓

I’m concerned this is the place we have to advocate for the mental health. My therapist recommended this awful place.

They don’t take you for walk ins and don’t follow up with phone calls. Someone could be in a crisis without medication and they could end up dead before getting help from this place.

Staff is very rude. Please find a new job if you don’t like the field.

messed up my meds with 3 antipsychotics that a second opinion said could be CAUSING my new symptoms… sent my medication to the wrong pharmacy and told me i had already picked up this medication, and will not help me wean off anything. place sucks and the staff is stupid/just doesn’t care about their patients.

They REFUSED to help me 3 Seperate times (because of "Staff issues") when they are the only place in this county that accepts my terrible insurance and they were rude and extremely unhelpful to me each time I desperately need and needed help with my PTSD, Terrible Anxiety DISORDER, Long Term Depression, and I could keep listing my illnesses, and now just recently I lost a few close family members as well and I can't get the help I do desperately need!! Then they wonder why people go and attempt to help themselves!!!! It's absolutely Aweful here in Albany County!! I'm holding on by string's it's horrible and they should be ashamed of themselves!!!!

They say they call you back in 24 hours lol 😂 sure they will you be dead before that they don't care all about the license and screwing the insurance company

If u ask staff a question they will give u a one- worded answer before slamming a glass window in your face. I told a staff member that there was a mouse in my room and she told me they're everywhere, and then i saw them everywhere. They blame ppl for their mental disorders and having to be there too. They gave me XXXL pants that would've fallen down every time I moved if I didn't have a hair tie. Pill pushers.

Fraud. Just a huge trafficking ring about to go down.

The worst service EVER! THE STAFF WAS SO RUDE AND WHEN PEOPLE TALK TO THEM MAKE SURE THAT YOU RECORD THEM SO THEY CAN BE REPORTED TO THE COMMISSIONER!!!!!!

Cannot even give it a star since the OMH Finance Dept. is awful!
