Hilton Garden Inn Columbus Airport

Great place to stay and park. Spent the night for an early flight to Galveston to start a Carnival Cruise. It was nice to have the hotel shuttle to and from the airport on both ends of the cruise.

We've stayed at all the Columbus airport hotels over the last few years, and the Hilton Inn is by far the best. Room was big, clean, and above all quiet. Restaurant is not extensive but what they serve is very good, and just what we wanted after a long flight. A particular callout to Sue on the front desk who was kind enough to get her own personal snow broom/scraper for me to use when I went to the blue lot to get my car.

3rd time staying here before flights. Great staff. Great location. Convenient shuttle to departing flights.

Hampton always a great place. This place in Chillicothe is close to restaurants and other shops. I stay here and eat at Roosters a great wing and sandwich stop.

Great close to airport, very accommodating meeting me a rental car drop off and then 3am shuttle to airport with a smile.

We had a great 3 night stay while in town for a cheerleading competition at the Convention Center in Columbus. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was great. If I had one complaint, it would be that the gym is tiny. Excellent location if you're flying out of the airport, and they have an airport shuttle as well.

I had to come here last minute due to my flight getting delayed until the following morning. The staff have ALL been very friendly and able to answer and questions I’ve had. The service in the restaurant was quick and efficient too. This hotel is also clean and comfortable. There was an issue with my key card when trying to get in my room and the front desk agent had maintenance come up immediately. I don’t know the gentleman’s name in maintenance who fixed my key card issue but he was very kind and I had a nice conversation with him. He thought at first it was the batteries in their key machine but it ended up being the key card they assigned me. The Maintenance employee went down to the front desk and got me a new card within in minutes. Thank you Hilton Garden for amazing Guest Service!!

The staff was welcoming and kept everything moving at a good pace. I booked the room after my flight to Orlando, FL got cancelled. Checked in close to 11 PM the bed was comfortable and the best part of the room was the TV having accessibility to services like netflix and not being too slow. checked out early and they provide transportation to the airport. Staff was friendly throughout the room was clean and comfortable.

We stayed next after our flight is was diverted and then cancel. We came to Hilton for food and drinks. The cook JB and Bartender Dustin were phenomenal!!! The food was amazing!!! And the drinks were great. I know they were expecting so many people so late but the really took great care of us

Nice hotel in a good location. 24 hour airport shuttle. Good restaurant run by a guy that can cook and he enjoys being there. Thank you for taking pride in what you do.

I really enjoyed staying here, the staff was wonderful. And they have a very small Restaurant. But I got to tell you the restaurant is standing for this type of hotel. I have not had better chicken wings. They knock it out of the park and all the other items I had on the dinner menu were fantastic. The chef really does a wonderful job. I know it's hard to believe from a small little hotel like this but I believe the chef's name is James he is awesome. Oh and the Coney dog it's incredible.

This hotel is so clean and the employees are so nice. We checked in with Tammy and she was so welcoming and helpful! She immediately supplied us with extra towels and toothpaste. She also told us some great places to check out. One of the night time concierge who's name I did not get was able to help me with a really strange request for plastic wrap so my friend could wrap her tattoo up. The room was clean and comfy the beds aren't the best, I wouldn't recommend nose diving into them but they were still comfortable. And the pillows were so soft. The pool is small but still really nice. The location, although in an airport, was very convenient and not far from the city at all. My friend and I had a great stay and would happily come back to the Hilton garden inn next time we come back to Columbus.

Rooms were clean. Location was very convenient. The problem was when we checked in. I already had paid for room when I booked it on line. The desk clerk asked to see credit card. I thought the clerk wanted to verify card. But she charged us double for room. We had to call Hilton to get a credit. The continental breakfast cost 10 dollars each. The dinner was so bad I couldn't eat it. Two chilli hot dogs 15 dollars. The chilli was spaghetti sauce and cold. Will not recommend this Hilton.

Staff was very accommodating and cordial. All areas of the hotel were clean and staff was frequently observed wiping down high touch areas. Room temps were nice. We experienced no issues with our accommodations. Close to the airport with a shuttle running was extremely nice too. Thanks for the hospitality.

Had an issue with a rental truck during a trip while we stopped at this hotel for the night. While we waited for the rental truck company to figure out what was going to happen next, the front desk folks were completely understanding of our situation and did what they needed to do so we had one less thing to worry about! Very important in a situation like the one we were dealing with. Good food from the restaurant, great rooms, and everything else I have come to expect from Hilton! Can't Thank the Front Desk folks working Sunday and Monday enough for helping us!

Located near by the airport, night audit who work on Sunday are very nice and friendly. Bed are comfortable and room are nice size.

I used to work here at one point the rooms could definitely use a refresh but still a decent place a service was great very accommodating staff I believe that his name was Chris very knowledgeable and professional took great care of me

Everything about our stay was great. We end up doing a park and fly which is so convenient for traveling out of the country. One less thing to worry about.

We recently spent a nice night at this Hilton Garden Inn. The hotel is a bit dated but the front desk person who checked us in was very friendly, professional and efficient. The chef and bartender were friendly and helpful and the dinner was good.. The location near the airport is very convenient. Offering a shuttle to the airport is a plus.
