Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Columbus Airport

If you need a hotel right by the Columbus airport, just book this one. I scoured the reviews of all the other ones around and this one had the best by far, and my experience aligned with that. The staff was so kind and welcoming, the room truly was spotless, the breakfast was actually good, and the pool was lovely. Spend the extra $30 bucks, and have an actual enjoyable time. It’s worth it!

The room was clean, and the shower was really nice too (I stayed in the King Studio). My wife was a little concerned about the noise being so close to the runways, but inside the hotel I didn't even notice it. The Hotel's shuttles to and from the airport were very convenient and arrived quickly after we called.

Great customer service with smiles and friendly attitudes. Rooms are tidy and comfy beds. The sound proofing is incredible in the rooms. The pool was clean and not overwhelming with the chlorine smell.

Our go-to hotel at the airport. Staff is always quick and pleasant. The hotel is close to the airport, is clean and tidy, and has a shuttle.

They were very kind. As a New Yorker, the room was as big as a house to me! The drinks at the front desk were sold at a decent price with a free water. The proximity to the airport and free shuttle really capped an excellent stay for me. Added bonus, I walked back to the hotel after returning my rental in about five minutes!

Check in was easy and friendly service. My room was clean and quiet. Wi-Fi was good for streaming and video calls. I had an early flight, and the shuttle was running and there was even coffee available at 4:30 a.m., even though breakfast was not until 6 a.m. If I had fewer bags, I could have walked to the terminal. Everything I needed for this particular trip was provided by Fairfield!

Great lobby bar.. service is good. No food. And the elevator was out. But jp the bartender did great.

I had never stayed at a Fairfield BUT moving forward, I'll add this to my Marriott list! The staff was awesome and so welcoming! Made the check in enjoyable after a LONG drive. Got to my room and it was perfect! Clean and super comfortable. I was so impressed, I booked ahead another week when I return to Columbus! The bar was super friendly and relaxing! Looking forward to my week stay!

Though not a high end hotel by any means, the room was very clean and the place seemed well run. There is a quiet little bar on site. The location is next to the airport with easy access to the highway.

I’d like to recognize an employee at this location. Daphon Harris. I wasn’t staying at this location but I was staying next door at a sister location. I want to recognize Daphons great customer service and friendly demeanor.

After my workout at the hotel I was staying at, I went to the front desk to ask a couple of questions ….the woman there was unfriendly to me and did not seem like she wanted to be bothered. I needed to do some laundry and the only place nearby with an ATM was this Fairfield location . When I arrived to the hotel Daphon greeted me with a smile and was so helpful to me. His kindness really made my day better because I was feeling quite down after my interaction with the front desk at my hotel. Thank you Daphon

Being a Marriott property, the Fairfield Inn and Suites is a reliable place to stay for a good night's sleep (great comfortable bedding!), clean and nice facilities, and wonderful hospitable staff. Amara took care of welcoming and checking in my son and his family last evening when an airline company I shall not name in this review changed the reservations for his family of 5 (including a 14-month old!) to California from 1:30 p.m. to 5:45 a.m. instead! :-( I commend Amara for her kindness and her professionalism. We never stay in a non-Marriott property unless there is not one available where we are travelling. We're that loyal!

I slept good and everything was clean. Customer Service is excellent!

Perfect location for early morning flights. Staff is very friendly and considerate, shuttle service is very accommodating, rooms are comfortable enough, and location is right off the airport.

I needed to stay here due to a canceled flight. The front desk clerk, Amara, was excellent. My situation was complicated and she handled it like a pro. She was so kind and went above and beyond to help. If I’m ever in Columbus again, I will definitely be staying at this property. Thank you again Amara, you’re the best.
