Residence Inn by Marriott Columbus Airport

I stated this place now seven times and every time has been amazing. The staff is so great and the rooms are really nice. The bar they have in the lobby is great and they make some really good pizza there as well. I would recommend everyone to stay at this hotel if they have to come visit visit Columbus, Ohio.

I only interacted with staff twice, at check-in and check-out. They were friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable. Great location. Close to shops and restaurants. Easy location for online food delivery services to find. Shower was very relaxing. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner all provided in dispensers attached to the wall. Minimal noise considering the location. Gym was well equipped and modern with plenty of equipment. There are quiet hours and for the most part, guests were respectful of the posted hours. Free parking. The hotel was clean

Rooms were nice overall but the bed was very firm. Service was great, Sam at the front desk was super attentive and helpful. Parking for the week was also a good opportunity as well. I’ll recommend to my friends with early flights or travelers.

LOVED IT!! Runway view was awesome. Close to downtown, can walk to airport terminals, airport restaurant. Staff was nice. They need to mark the shuttle better that's says Fairfield Marriot but also needs Residence Marriot to avoid confusion. I'll definitely go back there, good times. The rate was very good also . Nice bathroom & room.

Convenient location for those traveling through CMH airport. The hotel was clean and modern. The complimentary breakfast had a great selection of hot food. The lobby area had plenty of seating. The front desk staff were kind and helpful. The 4th floor sprinklers broke and were leaking from the ceiling in the hallway, but the staff immediately responded and started resolving the issue.

Stayed here twice for business within two weeks. Both times, Lilly at the front desk went above and beyond. She greeted me with kindness whenever I entered, switched my room when one had a loud HVAC sound, and helped me look for a book that I lost. I noticed her handle wary travelers with grace. You are a class act, Lilly!

This hotel is 2 minutes to the airport with a free shuttle, has a modest yet clean and motivating gym, and a delicious breakfast with vegan options, blueberry compote for waffles, and cold brew. You can walk laps around the parking lot but otherwise you'll need the bus (stop right in front of hotel), ride shares, or a rental vehicle. The rooms are twice the size of my NYC apartment and offer a work space, comfy couch, mini dining table, and dressing area.

Traveling with our dog, we booked a one-night stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Columbus Airport as we had to catch an early morning flight. We couldn't have been more impressed by the outstanding customer service and the exceptional quality of our room.

When we arrived at the hotel, Ben greeted us at the front desk. Courteous and attentive, he arranged to have our complimentary breakfasts prepared in advance at 5:30 a.m. for our check out. Ben also took the time to explain the hotel's pet policy to us, and the free shuttle service to the airport.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The kitchenette was stocked with ample dishes, silverware, and cookware, and the room itself was spacious, with plenty of room to dine and relax.

The gentleman at the front desk who checked us out in the morning (I'm afraid that I didn't catch his name) was equally courteous and attentive. He had our complimentary breakfasts prepared, and within minutes of him calling the shuttle, we were on our way to the airport and arrived there with plenty of time to spare.

We had an excellent stay, and we look forward to staying at the Residence Inn by Marriott Columbus Airport again when we travel through Columbus in the future.

Nice property. I enjoy watching the planes land and take off, so this is a great spot to watch them from the room. The sites are nicely furnished and the pool was nice. I wouldn't liked a hot tub, but I don't think hotels are built with them anymore...

I wasn't expecting much and was pleasantly surprised. This is the nicest Residence Inn I have ever experienced. I don't know if it has been newly remodeled but everything (finishes) are modern and upgraded.

Very convenient being so close to the car rental and airport, yet oddly it wasn't noisy.

Can't beat the park and fly package. Great, spacious rooms and friendly shuttle drivers. You can leave your car there while you fly, so there are no complications when you return - super easy!

I had a wonderful experience! I was one of the first guests at this hotel. Upon arrival, I met the manager, Brad. He and his staff were wonderful and provided excellent guest service, always with a smile. I told Brad that I was there on business for an extended amount of time. He, personally, provided me with several complimentary breakfast items and toiletries to keep me stocked. Also, I was pleasantly surprised upon entering my room that the tv had a personalized message to me. My room was beautiful and very clean. I felt like I was living in a furnished apartment, kitchenwares and all. I was amazed at how soundproof the room was as it is located at the airport. I barely heard a thing. The hotel was very lovely with a nice and inviting atmosphere. I would highly recommend staying there!

I loved this hotel. Everything was spotless. Everyone was kind and helpful. The room was top notch. A separate kitchen (huge) tv and desk area, bed, closet and bathroom. It was the largest shower I have ever seen in a hotel. The bar was nice. The breakfast was packaged individually but was still quite good for a hotel breakfast. I stay at a lot of hotels. If you dont mind being by the airport, stay here. You wont regret it.

Sleep park fly price of room for 1 night and parking for our trip was cheaper than parking alone. Will stay again. Clean comfortable rooms. Great staff shuttle ever 30 minutes to airport starting at 4am

It was a really nice room, with a kitchenette to cook dishwasher, all that. Bathroom was really nice with the dampened toilet seat and lights come on when you enter the bathroom. Sitting area was nice and comfortable. Swivel TV for bed area and sitting area.

Best place to do business and customer service is out of this world! Very modern/clean rooms and lobby. Our company has a large group of Managers in town for 1-3 months and needed rooms + conference space. Machelle and the team were able to accommodate us and made the entire team feel so welcome! They have impressed us at every opportunity. This will be the go-to spot for all future Managers, Directors, and VPs with our company when visiting town.

Stayed two nights and really enjoyed myself. The room and all amenities and facilities were impeccable. I was treated well by staff. I was comfortable. I rested well. I am glad stayed here I highly recommend.

Great spot right by the airport. The rooms are perfect and very comfy! Gym and pool on-site. Amanda was very friendly and informative when I checked in. The entire hotel is very clean and well maintained. 👌

I've stayed at this location several times and Iove it. Clean fresh New and quiet. Very close to the airport and it was a treat to see the planes take off and land.
