I have been getting my medications from a chain pharmacy for YEARS. I’ve had so many issues, but I was too comfortable to switch to another pharmacy. I finally took the plunge and I’m so glad I did! Dave and his team go above and BEYOND to help you. No judgement. No rushing. They are quick too. If they are out of stock on something, they order it right away. I’m so glad I finally switched over to them! I will never go back to a chain pharmacy again.

So happy to have Irondequoit pharmacy in our town! Dave and Kat are wonderful, warm and knowledgeable, and you never feel rushed. They also have another pharmacist(sorry I can’t remember her name), who fits perfectly! You never feel like you’re just a number, they know you by name, and a bonus is that you’re supporting a small business!

If you want a hassle free and pleasant experience, I cannot recommend Irondequoit Pharmacy enough. I was frustrated with being on hold for 30+ minutes at our previous pharmacy, having difficulty getting common medication in stock, and the staff being so frustrated by being short handed so I switched our family prescriptions to Irondequoit Pharmacy.

Dave took some basic information and I provided him with a copy of our filled scripts from our former pharmacy. Dave took care of the rest. When I need something filled, I simply call and if it is off hours, I leave my name and what I need. Sometimes less than 24 hours later I receive a text letting me know the number of scripts that have been filled and the total price. Does it get better than that? Yes! You walk in the pharmacy and Dave greets you. He grabs our medications and I'm in and out in a handful of minutes unless I start asking him questions.

Irondequoit Pharmacy also carries an impressive variety of supplements. If they don't have it they are happy to work with you to order what you need.

You would think a small family owned pharmacy might mark up their products a little, but this is not true! I save shipping costs and get service with a smile. Give Dave and Kathryn a chance and you won't be disappointed!

You can expect to get excellent customer service with a hometown feel. Dave communicates effectively with all aspects of the pharmacy business. Prescriptions are ready on time and in good order.

This is a friendly home town pharmacy with quick, prompt service. I am glad that I switched pharmacies earlier this year. Big fan!

Excellent customer service - professional, friendly, and always willing to answer any questions you may have! I tend to get nervous when it comes to medications, especially for my kids, so I ask lots of questions. This is the best pharmacy we’ve had so far and I highly recommend this place!

The best pharmacy in Rochester. I checked them out when they opened and the service was excellent, so I switched all my prescriptions over. Dave is very knowledgable and willing to explain anything or answers any questions; it's like talking to an old friend.

For something as personal as healthcare can be I like walking in a place where Ill be called by name. I enjoy feeling like my business matters and that my privacy is respected. The staff knows what they're talking about,too. No flip Dr. Google answers here. Sometimes medical information takes a bit to explain and they are very patient, in fact, eager to be sure you a clear about any information they give you. Last, I like a store that is owned and run by our neighbors. Dave and Kat, the proprietors, are "hometown." Maybe I can't spell out why that is important to me, but it is. Please support them with your business.

After a bit of confusion with certain vitamins I was looking for, they called me on a Sunday to clarify and order what I was looking for. They also asked specific questions to see if there were alternatives I could take as well. I highly recommend them for natural medicinal questions or needs! Friendly, extremely knowledgeable and local!!

They have a ton of high end supplements and make personal recommendations based on individual needs, definitely not something you will find at any other pharmacy.

What a nice experience. Walking in Dave calls you by your name. I was unable to pick up my order and Dave dropped it off on his way home that night. For me I like that old school charm. Thank you for all your help also.

Love this pharmacy! They will go above and beyond to order what you need if they don't have it in stock. They fill prescriptions, but also value natural healing, and carry natural supplements in the store. They really care about their customers. Highly recommend!

Very informative! I was freaked out by a tick I had on me, I thought I 2as going to die but the guy whoever it was knew all kinds of things about ticks. needless to say by the time I hung up I wasn't scarred anymore!!
